Room was newly renovated.was clean, bed was very comfortable and bathroom was really nice. Relaxing area only had an old sofa bed to sit on and was not comfortable at all.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite. Was like a mini furnished apartment with all kitchen amenities like cooktop, dishwasher, cookware and utensils. The rooms & bathrooms were very clean. The bed was very comfortable. Really no negatives. Parking was convenient and safe. The only slight inconvenience I would say is the lobby is across the street (not a very busy street) and the breakfast is the same lobby building and so is the gym. Wish they had hot breakfast. Other than that, stay was very comfortable. Staff was super helpful.

Room was spacious and clean. Great location. Only complaint did a load of laundry in our room but the dryer left our clothes wet even after running it several times

Our family of 5 loved out stay! The rooms were clean and spacious, the pool and gym amenities were very clean, and the staff was friendly and informative. We stayed in the suites building offseason and loved every minute. Close walking distance to the beach, and many restaurants. We will definitely be back again!

This hotel has the best staff I've ever met. The receptionists Anita and Claud were extremely helpful and friendly. This made our stay a very pleasant experience. The hotel is situated at a great location. The cliff walk and mansions are at a walking distance. The hotel is right by the sea and you can hear the sound of the waves from the rooms. The beach os just down the road. Will definitely come again. Highly recommend.

A favorite getaway place
Inn @ Newport Beach has always been a favorite getaway for us. Conveniently located next to Easton Beach, we can walk the beach or Cliff walk. Lots of great amenities and the service was excellent. A great choice.for a family or couples weekend.

Love this hotel ❤
We needled a getaway and booked this hotel. We have stayed here before and really like it. We booked a room with a beach view. We were pleasantly surprised when we were upgraded to a 2 bedroom suites with views of the ocean in every room. I was so happy and smiling the whole stay. Thanks to Javi from the hotel room upgrade. He was so nice and helpful during our stay. He was very pleasant and friendly. I highly recommend this hotel specially if you want a relaxing stay by the beach.

My boyfriend and I needed a place to stay the night and that’s exactly what we got. We had a late check in and didn’t get to make use of the amenities they offered. The part of the hotel we stayed out was outdated and had a weird layout. Was confusing trying to find our room the elevator when leaving but wasn’t a big deal. Will have to say the unprofessionalism and lack of hospitality of the night receptionist was shocking to say the least. As someone who has a service dog for three years I’ve never encountered such unfriendliness and ignorance when checking in to any place to stay. She proceeded to tell me what service dog or not, there is still a pet fee for cleaning and berated me multiple times for not giving notice I had a service dog. I never had issues before or have felt such hostility. That’s not how I want to arrive to check in after driving 7 hours to be there. It felt like we were an annoyance and bothersome during her last hour she was working when she just wanted to leave. The manager I spoke to the next day was very considerate and understanding. He would be the only reason I’d give this place another chance.

Main building in disrepair. Filthy and musty smell not clean Flooring uneven like a fun house. Should be closed and renovated before booking travelers. Not worth what I paid after being moved to another room that was smaller due to availability in the new building they charged for a coffee urn in the lobby and parking that floods Shameful

We enjoyed the location and thankful the front desk allowed us to change rooms due to a musty odor in the room. We were given a two bedroom suite on the the third floor. Comfy beds and having a living room type space was wonderful.
