“Excellent Service”

Staff extremely helpful, friendly, excellent customer service. Room had fabulous Ocean View. Pools and facilities top notch...Close to two great malls Aventura and Bal Harbour. Lots of reasonable priced options for dining within walking distance of hotel. Tony Roma's Denny's etc.

“Great but the extras add up”

The hotel is wonderfully situated and convenient for fast access to the City and South Beach. The standard of our room was excellent and the service also extremely good. The pool was very relaxing although the two "hot" tubs were luke warm! Downside is the extras add up - daily service charge plus obligatory vallet parking plus drinks and bars snacks can soon make the costs mount up. Overall though a very good experience.

“Would love to visit again!”

Rooms were very comfortable. Close to many local restaurants and activities. We were bringing our grad student to FIU(Biscayne Bay Campus) for move in and found the location to be very close to campus. Would recommend Trump to anyone visiting the area.

“Fabulous accomodations”

The Trump International is a fabulous resort. We had a week long stay. My wife and I had never been to Miami so for our first and probably last time I am very glad we chose this resort. The city of Miami was less than to be desired. We vetured out the first day we were there and that was a mistake. Traffic is horrible and the people are very rude. It felt so great when we drove back into the resort. The resort staff are so welcoming and nice. By the second day we vowed not to leave the resort. You have everything there. The beach is beautiful and they have the most wonderful swimming pool and surrounding lounge area. They have a full staff on the beach and at the pool that will get you anything you need. The beach staff provides complementary towels, chairs, and umbrellas that they set up for you. You can order delicious food and bar drinks that they will bring to you at both the pool and beach. The rooms are very well decorated and well kept. They are spacious with large balconies and comfortable beds. The rooms are serviced twice daily. You have great room service and complementary news papers delivered to your room every day. When we first arrived the hotel welcome staff had automatically upgraded our room b/c we were staying a whole week. This place was awesome.

“Best hotel I've stayed at in a long time!”

Gorgeous hotel right on the beach with wonderful view of the ocean from our room, very spacious balcony. Excellent service, check-in took no time and all hotel staff very courteous. A little far from South Beach but shuttle service provided by hotel free of charge. Great value for the money, although we went in low season (June).

“Perfection!”

We stayed at this lovely resort for one night . We were greeted warmly. Although the resort is small, every attention to detail has been met. The room was beautifully furnished and had an amazing view. Our room had a balcony. We decided to order room service for dinner and were not disappointed. It was served in a timely fashion. The food was delicious! We have a beautiful memory that was created here. This resort was one of our favorites!!

“Beautiful Sunny Isles Hotel”

The Trump Sonesta met all of our expectations and more. The staff were extremely courteous and the hotel itself is gorgeous. It is on the pricey side though - bring lots to money for meals, drinks and tips.

“Always my favorite choice”

We have stayed in many hotels and by far this is always our favorite, since its a bit far from the "south beach club scene" it has more to offer, like a great pool (especially if you have young kids), beach activities, kayaks, jetskis,etc. it is always very clean, everyone is very nice. the only thing is menu is expensive and so is the valet.

“Very Relaxing”

I must say, this hotel is the place to relax and unwind. There is no nightlife though, everything is a 15-30min cab ride away(which can get expensive). We came to relax and lay on the beach. That's exactly what we got. This was an anniversary get away for us. We got lucky and were able to check in early. Totally enjoyed ourselves. Everyone was friendly. The staff was top-notch, such great service! We will definitely come back. If you want nightlife....stay somewhere else. This hotel is definitely for pampering, comfort, and relaxing.
