Loved my stay. Mercedes at the front desk was the only staff member not friendly. She was rude at check in and every time I saw her. Everyone else was remarkable.

Lovely surprise in the room- bottle of wine to celebrate our special occasion. Kimberly was very efficient in arranging a taxi to pick us up from the airport.. Fantastic location on South beach. Highly recommended! 😊

Nice newly renovated property. Pleasant roof top pool. Friendly and helpful reception staff. Good location on south beach easily walkable to beach and ocean drive. Tasty breakfast available as add on at blue lavender cafe immediately next door. We had a lovely stay and would return if back in Miami Beach.

Cool remodeled original art deco hotel. Great room with sitting area and great rooftop pool and lounge. Very convenient to the beach and restaurants. Lovely boutique feel.

Loved the Nassau Suites. The property is modern and very clean. The staff is helpful without being overbearing. The location is central to the beach, dining and activities. It's a great place to stay if you just want the beach. If you want to go into Miami the traffic is tough. So, I recommend the water taxi.

We had a wonderful time at the hotel. Eddie assisted us with our various needs and went above and beyond to assist us with parking despite there being miscommunication regarding the valet services. Was not happy with the parking experience, but assuming it was likely due to the rules enforced by the city during spring break. Would stay here again. Great location, beautiful hotel & nice service.

Facility and staff were great. I’d love to see the addition of a bar at the pool. We would have spent way more time on property if there were cocktails available. Also, an ice machine would be a welcome addition.

This was our first time in Miami. We were a family of 8 celebrating our twin daughters’ 21st birthday and it was our Mardi Gras break. Con is parking. There is no hotel parking. We did end up parking in a parking lot close to our hotel, as on-street parking was full and limited. Being this was our first time, we rented a car, but next time we will not. Easier to Uber and there was plenty to do in walking distance. Everything else is pros. The hotel is fresh, updated and clean. We were immediately greeted by a very friendly front desk. They always welcomed us back as we went to and from the hotel and were very knowledgeable and helpful with suggestions or recommendations. This is a fantastic location. Our age group was 12 to 61. Great location to the beach, restaurants, Ocean Drive, Lincoln Ave (shopping). I felt safe which was important to me and I loved that this was a smaller hotel which seemed to give us extra care and attention (made us feel special). We booked a boat tour of Miami that picked us up and dropped us off in front of the hotel. The hotel provides beach/pool towels and chairs which was a nice feature. The roof top pool was clean and nice, but not especially impressive. Good area for small kids to swim and it does have a hot tub. It was ok, but we didn’t spend much time there. The hotel itself I would give a 10/10 and would recommend. We would definitely stay again. February was also a beautiful time of year to visit- perfect weather and not too crowded.

When we checked in the room, the AC was not functioning properly and notified the front desk. They said they were working on a solution, but never got back to us. The only way it worked was to turn system off and then back on for it to run properly. Also, there were no soap/shampoo supplies in the shower. We reported and they said they would correct and never did. Needless to say will not stay here again.

Super comfortable, clean hotel room. Beautiful bathroom and staff was excellent. Bruno gave us a good recommendation for dinner and shopping. The restaurant was beyond delicious with a great staff. Enjoyed meeting the new owners and wish them all the best. Will return very convenient for the night before a cruise!

This hotel was perfect for our family of 4. It is spotless and the lobby is so inviting. The staff are wonderful and got our room ready early, which we really appreciated. The location is perfect - close to the beach and Lincoln Ave and Espanola dining. Highly recommend!

Perfect location, wonderful staff, very clean property and superb pool terrace ! We got a ten percent discount at their restaurant (next door) which was amazing if you are into healthy eating. Weather was not great but we had a great time in our brief stay at the Nassau.

Spent two days in Southbeach before the holidays with family and friends. The Nassau Suite was the perfect choice for us ! Rooms are spacey, very well equipped and beautifully designed. Amazing small Hotel ! Can't wait to be back. The place is at walking distance to all the most iconic places in south beach (the beach, Ocean drive, Lincoln road, Española way). Great amenities (roof terrace is someting else !), big rooms, amazing staff (Jorge was exceptional) .

Spend one night at the Nassau Suite without knowing that it was brand new. It was a great surprise. If you like vintage modern, you will simply fall in love with this property. Unfortunately their restaurant is opening after new year's eve but the manager (Daniel) gave me a private tour of the facility. Can't wait to be back !

Von Ankunft bis zur Abreise ein perfekter Aufenthalt. Das 2023 neu eröffnete Hotel lies keine Wünsche übrig. Die Zimmer waren sehr modern eingerichtet. Das Personal sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Tolle Lage, sehr schöner Rooftop Pool. Absolut erstklassig und nettes Personal. Zimmer zur Straße ein wenig laut, aber das ist kein minus Punkt, da man in Miami Beach ist.
