Fire alarm going all night guests were not told of malfunctioning alarm. Blaring tvs until 3 am. Tv in our room only had music channels. Had stove in room but no pots to boil water for coffee. Not woth the cost to stay there.
The rooms need to be destroyed and rebuilt!
Everything is broken, mold is everywhere, dust, windows, curtains and etc, you can’t even walk in their room or taking a shower with no shoes, it is really disgusting! And don’t even bother to complain they will try to move you to a “better” room, but all the rooms are the same.
Stay away!
A phenomenal Hotel and Residence will definitely be booking with this hotel in the future, everything was a 10/10.

We had a what seemed to be nice room bit once we found out the a.c was locked it ruined oir weekend some what we had to stay out and do different thing to do to get cool air at restaurants and shops..tried to sleep seem like soon as we enter the room the air automatically cut off had to get our own ice bu ket to wrap in towels trying to cool off..woke with stuffy nose and dry air..bathroom shower did not stay hot long enough for both of us to sit in there to try to open oir nose..the hall smelled like strong use of weed not that it bothered us but i thought this was a smoke free facility. I didnt like the text reminding me of check out time,this not our first time at a somewhat fancy hotel
So much potential, but. Staff are not customer focused and most seem unaware or on their first day. Fire alarm sounded from two am to seven thirty, on and off all night. Staff ignored that it was even happening upon check out. A vacation that was unfortunately cut short from lack of being able to relax. Aside from the views, just don’t.

I think you’re paying for the name. With such a high cost, they could use some upgrades and a better cleaning system
i don’t understand how this hotel can be rated as a 4 star hotel. half of the lights in the room didn’t work, there were no light fixtures in the bedroom, the light fixtures around the mirror in the bathroom were covered in dust, the curtains were stained, there was grime in the shower and the desk chair was cracked and broken. the thermostat didn’t work and neither did the safe in our room. i have never stayed in a hotel that made me feel as dirty as this one did. they’re charging 4 star prices for a 2 star experience. save your money and stay somewhere else.
We traveled very late arrived at 3am. The rooms were nasty. Feces left in toilet upon arrival. Not clean at all. Offered to switch rooms just to walk in and NO ELECTRICITY in the second room. also we were considered a “pent house” room SCAM! Staff constantly gave incorrect information. We woke up at 10am to drilling right above our room and it lasted all day. I come to Miami often and have never been this disappointed with a stay. I would never recommend this hotel. The only good thing about it were the valet people. DON’T BE FOOLED BY ONLINE PICTURES OR THE LOBBY IN PERSON. The lobby was beautiful but it’s a first impression SCAM!
No complaints about service or property. Great location & probably one of the best pools & views on SoBe. Just wish ahead if time @ check in they required $1k sec deposit for 4 days. Never stayed anywhere with that exorbitant amount. Didn’t help I only bought one credit card and didn’t accept Apple Pay

I like the pool area walkable to go to the beach but the food was too expensive and I paid for the breakfast and only got bread and coffee it was terrible
I like that the hotel have bedroom suites, the room was nice and big but I didn’t care for the lighting in the bathroom the shower knob needs to be replace kept coming off when I turned it and the floors had stains on them. Beds were very comfy staff were wonderful.

over all the grounds were clean and great food however its the rooms that were very out dated and ugly stains on the couches and the rug there were so many i didn't even want to step on the rug bare foot which was under the bed or sit on the couch. it was actually disgusting. however pool area was clean and inviting and the food was great.

I live in Miami and I Must say this place is a trap.
I do not write bad reviews ever but this was the absolute worst experience I have ever had at a hotel.
Mind you I live in Miami and I came here for Mother’s Day.
For tourist stay far far away from this place.
I had a horrible and I mean horrible check in experience.
The employee refused to accomdate me.
I had to change my room, something easy.
The room in expedia was 300 dollars cheaper
The lady at the front desk refused to even look at it
Then let’s talk about the dinner, food came out cold
Employees on the phone lack of service and accommodation across the board here.
If you stay here be ready and be on guard at all times for the hotel to take advantage of you.
BOTTOM LINE
I LIVE IN MIAMI AND I WOULD NEVER EVER STEP FOOT BACK IN THAT HOTEL
I HAVE LIVED IN MIAMI MY WHOLE LIFE AND HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED ANYTHING LIKE THIS
