The location is nice, the Condition was fair, view was great. I didn't like not having WiFi for 2 days until I realized it was not working I got charged on my phone for $107 US dollars, but after I complained, the problem was solved.

Forget about the kitchen unit. Beautiful but dumb.
Kitchen was not properly equipped for minimal cooking and management refused to accommodate.

The hotel and room are great. Room has coffee and good food from room service and restaurant. The room is big enough for our family and suite is so helpful. The location is really challenging, with horrendous traffic and no where close by to walk/see. If a similar property could open on Reforma or in the historic center, would be a huge asset for the company and city.

I liked everything , from friendly staff to the room it’s like having your own apartment and very cozy comfortable as well we even had a double balcony it was on the 15th floor so everything was quiet and ended up staying an extra night the only down side was the a/c was pure fan on the second night but other than that everything was excellent really enjoy our stay.

Ac is a must now a days..
It was a nice hotel at first sight, then once we got to the room we noticed our balcony slide doors wouldn’t close, we have kids and that didn’t work. It took over an hour for them to bring us a crib. We had to call a couple of times for the crib, the balcony doors, and the safety boxes. We left for about 4 hours to let the room cool down, when we came back it was hotter than when we left. It did not cool, we had to call a couple of times as well, but e also noticed they didn’t fix the balcony doors problem. They ended up moving us at 1 am to another room because of the ac. Long story short they had to bring us a fan, ac never worked. Baby didn’t sleep all night meaning we all didn’t sleep. It was horrible, it made us lose hours of our day to go see new places. The staff were very friendly, helpful and only if those “little” things would’ve worked, at least the AC everything would’ve been perfect.
