Location is excellent. Cleaning is great. TV had some issues with the sound (headphones didn’t get the signal from the tv). Mattress is ok. AC could be better but not big issue.

Localizada dentro de terminal 2 a buen precio para estancia individual. La almohada me pareció muy pequeña. Todo lo demás bien. Es como un área común de literas dentro de cajas.

Poorly designed. On 2nd floor but no way to get heavy bags up to there. The fan in my pod barely worked. Luggage had to be kept in lockers, but no table space to remove essentials from luggage.

My first time booking an overnight hotel for a layover flight and it was a good first experience! Staff was very welcoming and helpful, the facilities were clean. It gave you everything you need for amenities to get freshened up, locker towels and showers with shampoo and body wash. And a bottle of water in your capsule. Made it easy to rest and wake up and go. If you are a light sleeper you will hear people coming and going but they do provide you ear plugs to help. The capsule itself was more spacious than I expected it to be and I slept well. Would do it again next time I have a layover here.

Overall very convenient place to rest. But was difficult for me to sleep a bit because there’s this bright blue light on the side that I struggled to turn off, as well as you can hear every sound that people make around you so it feels a little uncomfortable to move around or open a wrapper in there haha.

There are a lot of steps going up to the hotel. If you have suitcases besides a carry on you’ll have to pay to check them at the desk because they don’t let you take them in the pod. I had an overnight layover. Didn’t know they’d make me take my suitcases and not check them through. So it was very awkward taking them up the stairs and storing them.

Great place to sleep during layover
Really great place to stay! I had 7hr layover at MEX and just didn’t want to go to city for sleep. This place provided excellent alternative. Airport stuff kindly explained where to go. And check in was very smooth. Property is super clean and didn’t have any concerns about sleeping there. Highly recommend.

I was staying here due to an overnight layover at the airport, and wanted a place to sleep that was nearby. It was cheap, and well secured. It was also a novel experience, in that i had never tried a pod hotel. I liked the idea of it, but the pods were not very comfy. The bedding was uncomfortable, and the pods had very little noise reduction. So, I did not sleep well. They also do not allow alarms with sound, which made sense given the lack of noise reduction. They did offer a wake up "call", though. Overall, I got what I paid for, so I can't really complain.

I had an 11 hour layover at the airport, it was through the night so this was a perfect option, I felt safe and secure, it was comfortable and the bathrooms with the showers were spotless clean and easy to get to. I think these pods should be in more airports.

The customers was opening so hard the capsule door and that action caused a lot of noise, but I consider is a good option if you have an morning flight. Also the staff is very friendly and all the installations are clean.

Cabins don’t have noise insulation and you can hear your neighbours’ snoring and breathing. The ventilation is a very noisy fan that doesn’t do much. Heads up, alarms must be set to vibrate only, it might not be a good option for you if you’re a heavy sleeper. Locker rooms, showers and bathrooms are very clean and well equipped. It was definitely better than sleeping on the airport floor but for the price (I paid 80 cad) I was expecting a better sleeping set up.
