I booked the room for someone else (no complaints, so I assume everything was ok). By mistake, I booked in my own name on the day of check in, and could no longer change it through hotels.com, but the reservation department was flexible and they made no problem changed the name of the guest, as well as agreed to cancel a previous reservation by the credit card concierge service for the same person at no cost, where it was not possible to remotely pay for the stay.
