City Express Plus Santa Fe - Review
The hotel was good, but the rooms are extremely dark. Even when you have all the lights on the room was still dark. very close to great restaurants, and very cordial services. Security was very good.

I booked for the 25th on the 24th by mistake as I intended to stay only the night of the 24th. within the lapse of an hour I requested a cancellation at reception. El hotel es nuevo, bien decorado y cómodo aunque sencillo. Solo que TODOS los días el desayuno llegó tarde y además MUY MALO Y FRÍO! Incomible! Mejor ofrezcan algo más sencillo!

El desayuno incluido es desagradable. Las habitaciones son extremadamente pequeñas. La ventilación del baño no funciona. Hay muchas mejores opciones por el mismo costo.

Not up to par!
It is a City Express. And it is in Santa Fe; thus, the service and the experience should be predictable. Unfortunately, mine was not ‘up to par’. A) If someone books via the internet. You should honor the rate and the fine print. It is your responsibility to market your hotel correctly. B) The first room you gave me reeked of smoking - drag all my things back to the front desk, wait in line, only to be told, “Are you sure?” The second room looked as if it had been occupied, back to the front desk (and it was after midnight - so not a good experience) The third room was ‘okay’ - except the shower drain didn’t drain; thus, showering was in stages to allow the drain to ‘try to drain’. C) WIFI does work, but be aware that you must use all ‘caps’. The front desk insisted that I didn’t know how to spell my last name. For the value that I received, it was overpriced; however, it is Santa Fe and the breakfast was good.

Check in process was very inefficient. They could not find the reservation neither by number nor by name. After 20 min, surprisingly they had the reservation already printed on the desk. Just a couple of pillows and a pair of towels in the room. Oh, and a tiny bottle of water for two persons.

Modern style on a budget
