"This house is so perfect in every way. The decor was 100% on point. House fully stocked with every neccessity (except maybe a bbq). It’s. Home away from home, and bed, linens and furniture very comfortable. Even the shower was amazing. Oh and a Starbucks right next door !! We’ll be visiting again. Quick walk to campus and bus stop to downtown."

"We stayed in this 1 bedroom cottage in Eagle for 2 nights. The place was even nicer in person. The property had everything you needed and was the cleanest VRBO ever stayed in. Location was great, close to shopping and many eateries. Owner was great with communication and we would highly recommended this property to anyone. Coming to this area. Joan and Kevin, Mesa,AZ"

"Our son lives only 4 blocks away, so location was perfect! Also an easy work to downtown or Hyde Park section. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. It was especially nice to have a private, well maintained outdoor space since our weather was great. The only area in need of improvement in my opinion was the mattress. It is on the softer side which may be a problem for some people. We slept okay but would have preferred it firmer. That said, I would stay here again...

"This place is absolutely amazing!! We ended up not even driving the car because we could walk everywhere for our event at the arena! Its is right on the college campus, but noise was not too loud that it kept us up. We will definitely be back! "

"Cute, clean, new home in a walkable safe neighborhood. Plenty of space, clean and cozy, clearly not a lived-in home but a rental only. Had everything we needed. Only complaint is the beds were not super comfortable. The typical “20 minutes” to everywhere we wanted to go. "

"The directions on how to get inside the unit are difficult and confusing. It is on the property with another home that the owner also rents as a VRBO. The owner would like you to access this unit from a back alley instead of entering from the street. If you access the property from the street instead of the back alley she gets upset and is rude. GPS directions don’t work so you have to use her directions which are difficult and confusing to get to it. This is a problem at night because it’s hard...

Plenty of space for 6 family members who were there for a family gathering, as well as extended family whom we hosted for dinner one evening. Loved the dining table on the back patio and beautiful yard. Highly recommend!"
