"The house was exactly as expected from the listing. It was very clean, fresh, and modern. Our family used the pool, hot tub and patio a TON. The neighboorhood felt extremely safe and friedly. Though we didn't know the neighboors, it felt like we fit right in. The walk to the beach is just 5 minutes, and the bathrooms and showers near the beach were a nice perk. "The property size was perfect for all 18 of us. The king beds are very comfortable. The kids rooms were perfect. The theater room was a hit for all. We ran into a couple of snags, but property management did a wonderful job responding to our concerns. An Absolute perfect getaway."

"Property is great. Check in process a breeze. Property manager will work with you and communicate with you. Short walk to beach. Just beautiful. The smoking policy can be revised. No smoking anywhere on property. In their packet they cite being smoke free attracts customers. That’s just a false belief. I get not smoking in the house, I don’t in mine either. Outside should be fair game. Won’t stay here again because of it unfortunately. They loose a lot more buiness than gain from that policy."
