Perfectly adequate hotel in good area with large apartment, kitchen with all necessities even a washing up kit. Gorgeous harbour and nice balcony. Pool was a family area with boisterous kids club, hotel supermarket was fairly empty, cafe bar closed during the day and car park was packed. Good for family stays.

Good Resort, but no sand beach
I did rated it higher because in the hotel pictures shows a beach which gives you the impression that the beach belongs to the hotel and it is sand. The beach is next to the hotel and it is pebbles. The rooms are clean and good size, bathroom amazing and a good value breakfast, which you have to pay extra.

We hated everything about this place
The hotel is old an really needs a refresh. When we arrived at our room, we were really disappointed with the place. We wanted to go somewhere else. I went back to the reception to ask for a refund 5 minutes after having made the check in and they refused to give us back pur money. We did not have ant other choice than stay there. The people working at the reception where not nice at all and kept repeating that this was what we reserved The Internet has stopped working during a whole afternoon. This place is like an hotel in Cuba with all the inconveniences and none of the advantages: loud, no place to sut around the pool, overpriced restaurants, etc Do not rent a room there. Better stay in Pula and go to the beach during the day! Special thanks to the cleaning lady who was the only nice person that met out there.

A wonderful experience!
We really enjoyed this stay as a family! You literally do not even have to leave the resort if you don’t want to .there’s so much to do and it was very nice. Our only downfall was the room ac was not as cold as we would have liked but that’s expected anywhere in Europe. It still was a lot better than other places I’ve stayed. The room included a kitchenette and there is even a small convenience store at the resort if you would like to purchase and make your own food! As I said before they have everything you really don’t have to leave the resort. We ate breakfast & dinner at the resort restaurant and it was pretty good. The view is magnificent. It says pizzeria on hotels.com but they have everything from pasta to burgers! I really enjoyed the seafood pasta ! Yummy! The seafood was so fresh! The resort also has a bar that services icecream & cocktails. They also have a souvenir shop where we got souvenirs, floats, water shoes, and sun hats. The hotel will exchange euros for Kuna (Croatia’s currency) & they have an atm on sight! The resort is stroller friendly! We took the scroller every where including the roof top pool! The spa was magnificent, it cost but 100% worth it. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. If you are looking for a sign to book this is your sign! ;) 10/10 would go back!!

Great staff
All positive, reception was always happy to help whatever the question. The rooms were simple, clean and a beautiful view with our sea view balcony, well worth the extra few pounds. Restaurant on site was great, fast and friendly service and every meal we had as a family we really enjoyed. Not a long list of meals to choose from which suited us fine, maybe would have enjoyed more dessert choices. We hired a car and got around the area which was great with so much within 30mins it was stress free. There are walkways and bike paths everywhere, only 5/10 mins walk takes you to Centinara beach which we preferred over the beach which is attached to hotel. Will definitely be back.

I booked a sea view and got a ground floor in a corner that didn’t have any view. It was unsafe, with no lights outside in the parking lot, nor in front of my room. Perfect spot for burglars. Someone opened my door at 7.45am and I still don’t know who that person was. I called multiple times lobby and no one ever picks up. They had me walk half mile with my suitcases since no one could help. If you want something cheap, this is for you. If not, avoid. Only one towel in the apartment.

Hotel was pretty clean. Bed was terribly uncomfortable. Springs in the bed stabbed you in the back. Made a bunch of noise while sleeping. Thin walls on the hotel rooms, very easy to hear even normal conversations.

Lovely location, quiet for teenagers
Lovely resort, quiet location especially for teenagers, but we stayed towards the end of the season before the resort closed for the winter so it was expected. Only negative is that the park view apartment that we booked was a "car park" view! A bit mean of the management to provide a car-park view when many of the water facing apartments were vacant.

This hotel was perfect for our family. We have a 3 year old and 21 month old. They loved the pool. We walked to the beach and they loved that, too. The restaurant had great food and ambiance. We didn’t use the animation room. It was convenient to have the grocery store there as well. I’d recommend this for anyone on vacation near Pula!

Wouldn't go back in a heartbeat.
Relaxing, great food & drink. Views were fabulous. A lot of German nationals which glared at me and my partner an awful lot, which was very uncomfortable. It is very family orientated.

Nice hotel, lovely view
After reading some of the reviews I was a little worried but I was pleasantly surprised when we arrived. We had a 2 bedroom apartment for 3 adults and 2 children and yes you do walk into one of the bedrooms from the corridor but we didn't particularly find this to be a problem. There is a door which separates both bedrooms from the living area, which has a sofa bed. We had a large balcony with a table and chairs and the view over the pool and the bay was really lovely. The shop doesn't have a huge range but it ok if you are just there for a few days like we were. We ate in the restaurant once and the food was nice. There are a couple of other restaurants near the hotel but it is in quite a quiet area. We got a taxi into Pula which was about £20. We enjoyed our short stay at the hotel.

The Hotel itself is lovely but They do not clean the rooms at all - the only change towels once a week If you are lucky and you have to remind them to do so. Our bed linen was only changed once in two weeks - They just keep saying its hotel policy. The location is very remote so if you don't mind only the facilities in the hotel (one restaurant & icecream parlour. The staff in the bar are lovely but the staff in restaurant are not as accommodating. There was NOT an amazing menu of food choices. The hotel staff are very busy so you have to wait to speak to them. The pool was lovely but the entertainment is minimum. There is a lovely restaurant straight across from the hotel which is lovely and they try and accommodate you with everything. The buses are minimum Only every hour and can take 45 minutes to get to Pula but the view was worth it (you wouldn't do it everyday). Overall we were disappointed and it made our summer holiday an expensive lesson.

We stayed one night at this hotel. The positives: the staff were very nice and helpful - very efficient at check-in and helped us immediately when we were locked out of our in-room safe. WONDERFUL pool! It was clean, cool, and refreshing. Delicious food at the restaurant on the left side of the hotel reception area (when facing it). The negatives: Very small apartment with no electrical outlets in the bedroom so I could not plug in my medical device to sleep in the bed - I had to sleep on the couch-bed in the livingroom to plug it in. Also, there was no internet access in the apartment.

Stayed 3 nights as part of a trip around Croatia. Had a sea view apartment. Room was very very small, bed by the entrance door to room so noisy when people walked by. Bed was very very hard and uncomfortable, also seemed to be a million mosquitos in the room. Kitchen was very small and badly equipped, nothing to wash your dishes with and elements too small to cook on. Obviously a ploy to get you to stay there but then eat at the restaurant downstairs. Also wifi not free, and wifi you pay for you can barely use and it is terrible and doesn't work. No mobile reception in apartment either, so left with little choice but to buy the bad wifi.

Only stayed for one night before flying home the next day. Location was nice and rooms were clean, but we all found the beds incredibly hard and didn't like the fact that we had to strip all the bedding off when departing and to also remove all rubbish from the room and take it out to the bins.

A terrible experience, from start to finish.
We booked a 2 bedroom apartment and emailed to request a travel cot and a room on a high floor. We received a reply saying that would not be a problem. When we checked in, however, we were placed on the ground floor. Our balcony was just a few metres from the swimming pool with only a 40 cm wall and a few shrubs in between, which the baby could easily have climbed over. After arguing in reception for an hour we were told that we could have a room on the first floor from the following day, so we accepted and lost half a day of our holiday repacking and moving. Whilst in reception the receptionist spent the whole time shuttling between us and the manager's office located just behind as the manager refused to come out and see us. The room was not a two bedroom apartment, as when entering you immediately walk into the first "bedroom". This meant that every time my husband or I wanted to pop out whilst my mother was sleeping we woke her up. A loud buzzer rings every time you open the room door with your key, which woke the baby up on numerous occasions. One night the fire alarm went off 3 times and everyone in our wing left the building each time, but we did not see any staff, nor would they pick up the phone. There were numerous apartments with balconies which overlooked the car park or where you were sat around the corner from the pool with no wall even in between you and the sunbeds. No cleaning so the floors were filthy by the time we left, despite sweeping each day.

Good facilities and lovely pool and views. Very clean. Great for a family. WiFi expensive (100Kn/£10 per device per week). Smoking on adjacent balconies can be overpowering. Staff friendly. Prices reasonable.

if u have epilepsy stay away...they have lights in hallways on senors to go off when nobody is in hall(so they are constantly going on and off) I would have to say that it would be a hard hotel to get around in if u have difficulties walking. one elevator to get to lobby, then walk down a long hall to get to rooms elevator, then walk to room beds were not comfortable (we were waiting for springs to poke us in the back) and they were literally right inside the door to the room) pool was nice and beach was nice staff was very nice and spoke english not much around the hotel. short drive to a few restaurants and about 10km into pula centre definately not a "hotel". more apartment style. breakfast not included...

Isolating, for those seeking pool holiday only.
Arrived at airport and no taxi waiting. I telephoned the hotel who said they had forgot. I had sent 2/3 emails and telephoned them to arrange. They do not answer emails. On check in we were given no map of the area, no bus information, no hotel information - no nothing. We booked a sea view room however when returning to reception to inform them that it was definitely a side sea view they wouldn't have it. The beds were uncomfortable but the sofa bed was unbearable. When you enter the apartment you walk straight into the bedroom - weird and very uncomfortable. Room was really clean - the best bit really. Kitchen facilities very basic. Big fridge freezer. Bedding was not so clean (actual duvet) stained - unpleasant. We personally found the location very isolating, you really need a car. This is the kind of hotel for those who want to sit by the swimming pool all day and eat at the same hotel every night. Every morning the guests are down with the towels to reserve the sun beds.Rules are stated everywhere. Even the no swimwear in the shops and restaurants was not applied - its rotten to see somebody’s bits whilst eating your dinner or buying your groceries. Food in the restaurant was OK but the supermarket was poorly stocked and expensive. We spent about £30 a day buying items for breakfast and lunch. Bus links are terrible. Taxi is about £20 to Pula one way and about £25 to airport. The 'private' hotel beach is a public beach.

Totally awful! The air conditioner was out for the entire hotel for our entire stay! The staff m's response was ... Sorry, there is nothing we can do. When we asked to speak to a manager, there was not one on staff for the entire stay!!! The pool was nice, but the water was dirty! There was a charge to use the Internet for each person for each day ... And it did not work! I will never stay there again - ever!

Rooms way too small.
The room we stayed in was horrible! The sofa bed had lingering dog urine that after I slept on it the urine smell was on my shirt and soaked in to the pillows we used. However, the hotel did get us a new room so that was good. The rooms were tiny! The layout way pretty though and pool was the highlight of this place.

It is a really nice hotel with helpful staff. Many interesting places to see within a few kilometres distance. A calm place to stay in but the Istria area is well worth taking daily excursions from the hotel.

Noisy hotel below standards
If you like dogs barking all the time, noisy rooms from the other guests and speakers which blast out 4-5 times a day when there are water arobic or similar, then go to this hotel or save your money and go to Turkey.

Personal war nett, es war sauber. Parkplatz gibt es viele aber die sind sehr klein also man braucht schon länger beim ein und aus parken. Essen war sehr gut und ging auch schnell.Zimmer sind zum Teil etwas Renovierungs Bedürftig(Duschbrause,Klima usw) Unserer Familie hat es sehr gut gefallen

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt okay.
Wir waren nur für einen kurzen Aufenthalt im Hotel und daher war es okay. Etwas sehr veraltet und das Zimmer hatte einige Mängel wie zum Beispiel Badezimmertür lies sich nicht schließen. Check out bereits um 09:30 Uhr ist zu früh.

Alt i alt et godt ophold. Dog var der flere “problemer” undervejs. For det første tog det os næsten en time at checke ind. Vi blev betjent af en ny medarbejder, som ikke kendte systemerne og derfor ikke vidste hvad hun skulle gøre. Hun måtte flere gange kalde på hjælp fra kollegaer, som blev der i 20 sekunder maks, og så gik igen. Hun havde kort tid efter brug for hjælp igen, og i stedet for at bede om hjælp, stod hun blot og kiggede indtil en kollega selv opsøgte hende. Meget frustrerende start på ferien. Vi spiste i restauranten 3 gange, og alle 3 gange nåede min kæreste at få sin mad så lang tid før jeg gjorde, at han nærmest var færdig med at spise når jeg fik min mad. Dette på trods af at den ene gang bestilte vi begge pizza? Derudover serverede de også forkert mad for os to gange, som selvfølgelig blev sendt retur og resulterede i vi igen skulle vente på maden. Dette var der dog ingen kompensation for. Billederne af lejlighedens soveværelse minder på ingen måde om det vi boede i, da det var et MEGET småt værelse, med skydedøre (sådan nogle man har til et skab). Værelset lå lige op af hoveddøren, og med kun skydedøre til at tage larmen, var det nogle gange svært at sove, pga de folk der gik på gangen. Udover de ting der er nævnt her, havde vi dog en dejlig tur.
