“friendly staff.”

We chose this hotel bc of location to escape hurricane. It was perfect for a family including dog and mother in law. it was comfortable and close to a tourist destination and local restuarants for a young family. the staff was so kind and friendly and made sure we were safe and comfortable. obviously not a five star resort but clean and comfy. which is what we were in the market for

“Great value for the money ! You won't be disapointed.”

My stay was for a reunion with an old friend. This was my first time in the area and I went in there without knowing what was ahead when I arrived. The hotel was very clean and modern. It took me about 30 seconds to check in. All my paperwork was prepared and waiting for my arrival. The room was spotless, odorless and very quiet. The in room coffee and complimentary toiletries and daily paper were plentiful. The large flat screen TV was an added bonus as was the in room safe. The bathroom was very clean and standard in size. The lobby was attractive with a small seating area with a flat screen TV and a gas fireplace operating as you enter the lobby. I did not eat at the hotel restaurants, but they looked clean and well maintained. NO complaints or flaws with my stay. The staff were all friendly and greeted me whenever they passed, that's something that you don't see much of anymore. This hotel was also near the Martinsburg Mall, and quite a bit of shopping and restaurants. Convenience was also a plus, right off of exit 13 on I-81. I would definitely stay there again on my next trip.

“drop off point”

The hotel is a halfway point between my mom's house and my own. The hotel was fine. Furnishings good. We got in late and left early, so I can't comment on hotel services. However, the hallway was very warm (in July) and the rug in the room felt, well, used - that kinda spongy/sticky feeling. But beds were comfy and all was clean.

“Restaurant not very good.”

Both times I ate in the restaurant for convenience and there were problems. It really wasn't that busy so expected a little better service. It was OK but I'm sure there were better places to eat nearby.

“will go back but not impressed”

when we booked the room, we order two double beds. when we got there, we had a king size bed. i went downand taked the desk clerk and all they could do wasgive us a roll away bed. so my 12 yr old child had to sleep on it. the kind ofmoney we paid you think they would have fix te problem.
