"Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille à St Martin. Petit studio très fonctionnel dans une résidence avec piscine avec un accès à la plage à l’arrière de la résidence. Le studio est côté route et pas côté plage mais pas plus gênant que cela. Hôte très sympathique et serviable. Merci Sabrina 😘"

"Everytime someone asks how my trip to St. Martin was, I say it was an ACTUAL vacation! There wasn't the constant running around, tourist - scheduled events, etc. We spent a majority of time at the home, cooking, playing card games, swimming in the pool & enjoying the view. It was so relaxing and such a change from our normal "vacations". Thank you for a wonderful home and stay!!"

"Très bon emplacement. A quelques minutes à pied de toutes les commodités. Resto, loueurs, port, transports en commun. Le duplex est très confortable et dispose de toutes les commodités pour y passer d'excellentes vacances. Vue imprenable sur la baie"

"House is exactly as shown in pictures, well appointed with appliances (although minor inconvenience ice maker in fridge didn't work). Three decent sized bedrooms, two had ample storage for clothing, etc, but the upstairs bedroom did not have any storage for hanging or storing clothing, there weren't even towel bars, which was kind of odd. Nice bathrooms, good selection of cleaning products. Pool very nice (note no shallow end though, so wouldn't be suitable for children - was fine for us though)...

"Anyone's Happy Place! The condo is decorated beautifully, sits right on the beach and offers a quiet residential setting (versus being a party spot). Titi was very attentative and passed on great information about Marigot and the island in general. Lots to do (and eat) in Marigot. Don't miss Chez Vinettes for a meal."
