“Excellent hotel with cost efficiency in Makati”
Great price for Makati. Excellent room. The location is excellent and convenient as it is close to EDSA, SM Mall, Glorietta 5, airport, and everything else. I would definitely stay at the Makati Crown Regency in the future. Very safe surroundings. Breakfast buffet selections could improve; but was okay.
“Friendly staff”
The complimentary morning breakfast was excellent. They had both Western and local dishes. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and most of them spoke English. Every thing in the Hotel is first class, from the paintings on the walls to the cleanliness of the rooms. Walking distance from Ayala Shopping Mall. Excellent value for the dollar. Only downside was the view from the corner suite. It was a view of the air conditioners on the back of the Hotel. Try a massage. They have an outside vendor that is only $20.00 US for a 1-hour massage. It was great.
“Very good value”
The staff was great. The food was great. The rooms were very good. The only drawbacks were no airport shuttle (but you can taxi it for P330.00 if you know how), no transformers available to borrow, and no wash cloths in the bathroom. We had an early morning flight and they opened up the breakfast buffet early for us when I asked them if they would the night before. Our 2nd night on the way back home they upgraded our room for no extra charge. We'll definately stay again and I highly recommend this place. It's not the Marriott but too, it wasn't Marriott's pricing! Definately a great value!!
“Best 4-star hotel in Makati”
This hotel was very convenient to nearby shopping malls and restaurants. Stayed at a corner suite to the back and was pretty quiet. The room was a bit small though but very comfortable. Staff were very courteous and friendly. However, we found few probelems. Water was leaking from the shower and flooding the floor. Floors need mopping sometimes, they were quite dirty. Breakfast wasn't that great but I was happy with my pork adobo. The rooftop bar was closed for renovation and that was kinda disappointing. But overall, this is a very nice and quiet hotel. I would definitely stay there again.

We have stayed here few times and we are greatly satisfied with our accommodation: excellent location, convenient location, friendly and helpful staff, comfortable rooms, and good breakfast.
“Very happy with the staff”
My family and I enjoyed our stay with Makati Crown Regency. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and very accommodating. The only thing I would criticise is the breakfast - really need to have some healthy alternative. As a Filipino child growing up, these were the food I used to eat. But now as an adult and conscious of what I eat, I simply cannot eat fried stuff (swimming in oil) for breakfast - certainly not for my kids. But overall, we had a most lovely stay.

“Great cheap place to stay for tourists”
I love the Makati Crown. The location is perfect next to the Park Square Mall. Two minutes walk to the SM Mall & supermarket. You are within walking distance to 7 major malls. The shopping is amazing here. The two types of room that I stayed in were clean & all I needed as a tourist. I will be booking here when I next visit Manila. This is a safe tourist hotel for family's. The area is protected by the Glorietta Mall security staff. The staff were friendly even if they did not have much tourist information. The hotel has free internet so you can search for it yourself at night. I highly recommend this hotel.
