The staff is so great! I called two days before check-in to see if we could check-in early and the front desk was so nice and personable. She had me call back the next day and remembered me which doesn’t seem like a big deal but goes a long way in customer service for me. Classy place. Great room with automatic darkening shades. Sliding barn type bathroom door. The room has slippers and robes for you. The parking garage behind the building is a little confusing but I’m kind of a ditz. Definitely more signage would help though. The restaurant next door steak and seafood is delicious with a great staff as well
