"The staff was the highlight. The breakfast crew remember every morning that I wanted black coffee, so they ordered as soon as they saw me. They call your room to ask if you want breakfast or dinner room service. I thought it felt like upselling and was annoying. But things were good nonetheless"

"It was a beautiful memory after staying in hotel vintage. I have traveled many places in India but this is the best hotel service I have ever experienced till now. Assigned person "Dipankar" from hotel end was at his best performance to serve guests. if we need his prompt action amazed us. he takes care everyday we have had lunch, dinner properly or not. even he helped me to get medicine from outside at night. thank you will be less for him. "Had booked The Himalayan on a friends advise and I must say it was an amazing, out of the world stay for 4 nights . Just as in the pictures it gives a real feel of staying in a castle . The rooms were quite big and beds most comfortable. Of course the view from the windows of the snow capped mountains and Manali town below was just too good to be true. The property with beautiful gardens, a pool & cottages around it made us feel so relaxed and we felt bad when our stay was about to end. The persons at the reception were most polite and helpful to all our queries about how and where to visit around Manali. Every evening they had a map for us with all places marked out for our visits the next day. Of course I must mention the breakfast spread and few meals we had for dinner, just amazing. We will definitely come back & stay here again for our next visit. Thank you The Himalayan for making our holidays special."

"I was there for 3 Nights, that was a duplay room and was very small, very old property but somehow maintained. most of machienes at Gym was not working. Limited buffet menu. Its just a good Hotel not a Resort"
