“Outstanding for winter stay not summer stay”

Location was outstanding. Walking distance to everything from metro, shopping and dinning. No rental car needed. Everything was perfect from check in to check out. We went in winter so no air conditioning was needed. The room only had a heater but NO air conditioning so I would NOT stay there in the summer with no AC. Other than the lack of air conditioning for summer time hotel was great.

“Lovely hotel, run by brilliant friendly staff”

A lovely hotel could not find a single fault, perfect for a long weekend away, hotel staff are extremely helpful, and speak great English. A beautiful hotel run by beautiful people always willing to go the extra mile to make your stay in Madrid special.

“An oasis of calm!”

A super hotel in a great position in the heart of Madrid. Minutes from the Puerta del Sol, numerous bars and restaurants. Within 10/15 minutes walk from the Prado Museum and Retiro Park. The hotel is elegant and calm, staff were all polite and helpful. Rooms are a decent size with good amenities......fridge, hairdryer, plenty of storage. My only comment would be the lack of control over the AC.........it's centrally regulated and the hotel didn't think it warm enough for AC in April, so the room was a little stuffy!! We just opened the windows for a while though, so no real problem! I would absolutely recommend this hotel for a great stay in Madrid.

“Madrid, November 2011”

The hotel is in the centre of the city and with the Royal Palce at one end, and the Prado at the either both within an easy stroll of the hotel, we found this to have been an excellent base for our visit to the city. The room was very nice and all staff were friendly and attentive. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

“Hotel Liabeny à Madrid: proche de Puerta del Sol”

Hôtel charmant, chambres très propres et confortables, bon service. il a aussi l'avantage d'être très bien situé: à proximité de Puerta del Sol, de Plaza Mayor, de la rue pietonne où l'on trouve El Corte Inglès et la Fnac, de la Gran Via, des quartiers Chueca et Latina. On peut tout faire à pieds.

“Madrid and Hotel Liabeny”

This was our second stay at this hotel and it was even better the second time around. Highly recommend it to both couples and families. The staff were very friendly and were very eager to please! Located in a very nice area and easy access to attractions.
