“New and contemporary styled hotel!”

This hotel was new, clean and definitely contemporary in styling. The staff person who checked us in was also very helpful, pleasant, and efficient. I would definitely stay here again!

“The Springhill Suites are beautiful!”

This place is brand new, and shows it. It's just gorgeous. The in-house mini-mart came in handy, since my husband had just caught a cold. The fitness center is really nice. It was just an overnight road stop, but it was great!

“Good hotel bargain.”

Great room, decent rate. The small toilet room with no vent was a bit of a negative, but overall it was an excellent stay.

“Check Out Left a Sour Taste!”

I was very impressed that this hotel looked exactly like the pictures & it was very clean which is a major concern for a germaphobic like me! My only mild concern at first was separate room for the toilet/sink & shower/vanity... a very different design but the upside was I could shower in private while my boyfriend could use the bathroom in private & vice versa so it worked well in that regard! I booked through Expedia however when I checked in; my card was swiped... standard as before. However, when I checked out not only was I told my card declined but my rate was higher than what I had already paid through Expedia but I also had to give them a different card. So, I immediately knew my card should not have declined & I called Expedia while Kendall clumsly tried to convince me a 2nd card swipe was necessary. Two additional managers (I suppose) came out to assist only to find Kendall was wrong & they apologized however leaving me w/ no receipt only their names! So, although my trip ended a week ago; SpringHills Suites still haunted my "declined" card by attempting to debit an additional $100 on my card. I called my Visa's c/s # & they told me the charge would be dropped at midnight ~ this is the only relief I have & I will not stay here again b/c of their lack of knowledge with Expedia bookings thus the sour taste in mouth. However, I did enjoy the location, speedy delivery of extra towels & cleanliness of the hotel.

“Overpriced”

It was a "modern" hotel, but very over priced considering the quality. I wouldn't stay there again, but only because of the price.
