“Good value”

Clean, friendly and helpful staff, good value for money. Bed was very comfortable and shower room very clean. Stayed one night in a superior room with my husband and 4 year old. Little one slept on the double pull out sofa bed at no extra charge. The sofa bed does however use up most of the available space in the room once it as been pulled out. This was not a problem for us but it may be a little small for a family of 4 though. Hotel offers a free one way shuttlebus service into Maastricht old town and have an arrangement with a local taxi company which will collect you from town and bring you back to the hotel for 8 Euros. The hotel is not too far from town so you could walk it but it was too far for our little one. Buffet breakfast was good although quite pricey at 18 Euros per head. Not bad if you can handle a big breakfast but not great value if all you want is a coffee and some cereal. Maastricht old town is a delight to wander around and the Selexyz book shop is worth a visit.

“Good overnight stopover”

The Hotel has a shuttle bus into the centre of the town which we used, however returning is either by Taxi or walking. We decided to walk as it's only about 15mins and it was a warm evening. The 2 reception staff seemed to be always on the phone and ignored us for over 5 mins on 2 occasions when we were waiting, this was the main negative point of our stay. The included Buffet breakfast was excellent, with a large selection of hot and cold offerings. We didn't use the restaurant, so cannot comment

“Good family hotel”

Was clean tidy with friendly staff and very helpful. Runs a free shuttle service to town. Pool area was clean and tidy, room was clean (although a bit cramped for three) Overall a good hotel
