What a shock. Hotel is definitely not up to the standard of a 4 star. I would describe it more like a bottom level hostel with private bathroom. The room was absolutely filthy.. dead bugs with blood smeared on the walls. The bathroom tile had splatter stains , the grout was filthy (not just old, just never cleaned), there was mold. We felt so uncomfortable that we laid down towels on the floor to walk. To top it all off the water was cold for all of our showers. We arrived later and have a small child so last minute change was not possible. We then had hotels.com contact the property to discuss the stay and the “manager” was just magically never available or around, multiple contacts.. never a response. What an absolute disappointment. Do yourselves a huge favour and don’t stay at this hotel.

This hotel is in a prime location. Easy walking distance to everything. If you are driving, don’t forget to book it in prior.
