Great Experience - Exceptional Hosts
The hosts went above and beyond making our stay a great experience. We stayed for the Kentucky Derby and the hosts left Kentucky Derby items for us to take home, ponchos in case it rained, the fridge and freezer were stocked, and a snack basket was left out with a hand-written welcome card. Additionally, they accommodated our requests and responded in a timely manner. I have stayed several places in the past and can say without a doubt that this was the best experience due to the exceptional hosts.

Great little house!
While, we didn't get too spend a lot of time at the house, while we were there - was great! It is such a cute little house, that has been totally updated! We loved the unique setup of the house! The kitchen, in the basement, was fun! We will definitely check to see if this house is available when we return for Nationals, again next year!

Great location
The house was as described. Dustin was a SUPER easy host. Quick to answer and great recommendations. Having the kitchen downstairs was more awkward than expected, but we made it work. However, the shower was one of the best we've had in a rental situation. Also, QuacaMole Mexican is a must!!

April Respite
We were looking for a convenient location. This property is less then 2 miles from the airport. We were there for 5 nights. Our adult daughter lived in Louisville for 10 yrs graduating from U of L. She’s on disability now. We came back so she coukd see friends. The location is a modest neighborhood minutes from everywhere. The bungalow was perfect in size. The kitchen/dining is on the lower level with the laundry. There are stairs. You do need to walk through bedrooms to access the stairs but with a family not an issue. The beds are comfortable. The TVs are set up for streaming. We felt this was a good value. Again, convenient to everywhere, clean responsive host Thanks for a nice time

Springbreak fun!
My children i loved the different layout of the house! The kitchen being in the basement was interesting. Loved how the back yard had table and chairs but no grass. Only issue we had was the ants. Othen then that thw stay was relaxing. Thanks

The property was perfect for our stay. Our family of 3 had an amazing time and the hosts were incredible! There were snacks, water and coffee/tea to make us feel welcome and comfortable. We got great food recommendations from the hosts. The beds were comfortable and towels were fluffy! Small things but wonderful! Thank you for a wonderful stay!!!

Absolutely wonderful!
Everything about the stay was wonderful! The house was very clean and perfect for our family on a volleyball weekend. The location was great with plenty of access to food or groceries. The neighborhood itself was not spectacular, but the property itself was great! Would definitely stay again!

The locale first appears a bit lower class area however I would stay there again in a heartbeat. It was a very quiet neighborhood and once you enter the home it is very well done. Very clean, totally as pictured on website and the property owner was very accommodating and prompt to answer. Wonderful stay.

Where to start?! Mr. Dustin sure knows how to welcome some folks. This rental is in the heart of Louisville, not very far away from anything, be it groceries or restaurants, even event venues. The neighborhood is quiet and enjoyable. You may hear some plane traffic (airport nearby) and some truck traffic on the interstate some. Worry not, for the beds will put you into a FAST peaceful slumber. This is the second time we've stayed with Mr. Dustin in this rental, we both love it.

Very cute and quaint home. Very clean and really appreciated the waters, snacks and coffee! The beds were very comfortable. Location was close to an Kroger and a lot of places to eat. Will definitely stay here again.

Cute, clean, convenient
This house is cute, quaint, clean and comes with everything necessary for a comfortable home-away. We were pleasantly surprised with the snacks and beverages awaiting us upon arrival. What especially impressed us was just how comfortable the beds and pillows were. We also loved the water pressure and spray from the shower. Just wished there had been more hooks to hang towels and toilette bags. The house is near the airport and very convenient to the greater Louisville area. We felt very safe and would choose this place again should we return to Louisville. The host was very responsive and kind!

Great house and host.
My husband and 2 teen daughters stayed in the house and and it fit us well. It is cozy and clean. I enjoyed coffee on the patio. The snacks, drinks and coffee we had upon arrival were amazing as we got in late. We were not bothered by any noise.

Great stay for Bourbon fun!
Worked well for us. Had a military friend to see south of city so was a nice in between location. Clean and provided what we needed for our visit. Only challenge is the kitchen location. My wife has bad knees, and even though she managed ok, was a challenge. Had a good experience.

Awesome stay!
The property is exactly as advertised! And we loved its charm and quirks. It was about 15 minutes from everything we wanted to do in Louisville, and if you use Google to get around, you may never take the same way twice. Which is a great way to discover new neighborhoods. Host was awesome and helped with a minor check in blip. Would stay there again.

This property was perfect for people looking for a place to stay while enjoying the attractions in Louisville. Location is located very close to airport and Kentucky Exposition Center. We were in town for at the expo center, so it was perfect.

This house is older but had lots of great updates that made our visit very enjoyable. The beds were amazingly comfortable and the shower was perfect. We arrived very late in the evening, too late to grocery shop. Luckily, our hosts took the time to make sure we had everything we needed upon arrival including water in the fridge and coffee pods to make our first cups of coffee. Most importantly though, everything was spotless. We would stay here again.

Great Trip to Louisville!
The property was perfect for our 3 night stay. We each had our own room to sleep in and the house was well stocked with everything we needed to make us comfortable. Very clean, updated and decorated perfectly. Will definitely book here for our trip to Louisville next year!

Hello Randy, thank you for your stay and your review. When it comes to the coffee pot and the grill, we are sorry you were expecting those things. Our listing only lists a coffee maker and shows a picture of the specific one in the unit. When it comes to the grill, we make no mention of a grill in the listing, photos, or the list of amenities on the listing. Regarding the train, we mention the train in the listing description but don't personally believe the train is loud(especially in the house) or frequent based on our experience at the house and with previous guests. As far as airport noise, we are a 5 minute drive from the airport so some airport noise is to be expected but we have not experienced loud and frequent airplane noise at this property specifically. We did have higher wind during your stay, which could have changed the planes' landing or taking-off pattern. Our goal is to make your stay a 5-star stay and we did not do that. We strive to update our listing and description to be as accurate as possible and will take your comments and try to improve.

Quiet and clean
We enjoyed our stay in this quiet neighborhood close to where family members live. The layout is fine for two people. If someone was using the second bedroom they would have to walk through the master bedroom to get to the bathroom. Updated and clean. Nice private patio out back.

Awesome property to stay in!
This is a cool little house to stay in for a weekend or even longer. The owner is super friendly and extremely helpful, and the house is well stocked with different amenities. This home is extremely close to most of the bigger venues and hot spots in Louisville. Will definitely stay here again, if possible!!
