Very well appointed and modern. Very comfortable. The only negative was we had a drip in the bathtub which we reported and it was never repaired. May have been because it was a weekend. Definitely would stay there again and recommend to someone else.

Stayed one night for anniversary weekend. Great hotel!!! Very modern with the best continental breakfast ever! Wonderful staff!! Very friendly and helpful.

“Restful and classy!”

My husband and I simply needed a night's rest while in Louisville for a meeting. The Hyatt Place more than exceeded our expectations. The room was a not a room but a suite, the TV was a huge flat screen, the staff was gracious and eager to serve, AND everything in the room worked to perfection. We will eagerly look for any excuse to return!

“Convenient and Quiet,”

Ten minutes from airport to the east in a business/residential area. Very nice. Convenient but without the hassel of being in downtown traffic and noise.

“If I could rate it higher...I would”

This is a 100% honest review of the hotel. In terms of location, this hotel isn't the dogs bullocks, however it isn't in a poor location either. It's beside both a bank for easy access to funds as well as beside a barnes and nobles which serves Starbucks coffee. It isn't that close to downtown which is where I had to travel to each day, but was about a 15-20 minute drive each way which wasn't that bad. The hotel itself is as clean and comfortable as can be. The rooms are spacious the beds are clean and comfortable and the showers have plenty of hot water. The huge flatscreens in each room make it very easy to relax at the end of the day. The staff was amazing to say the least! Completely accomodating. There are two downfalls to this hotel. One is that the showers could use updating and the second is the poor hours/rules of the pool (4 person max?)

Our room was very clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed watching the 42" flat screen TV. We are actually gooing back this weekend and will take our son so we can rent "Shrek the Third!"

“Good value”

The hotel is relatively newly refurbished, nice rooms and amenities. No lounge to speak of, in less you like having drinks in the lobby, and the breakfast system leaves something to be desired if you're wanting more than juice and bagels. But overall, a very good experience.
