Please refrain from booking here… this property was unsafe. Sketchy characters live and surround the grounds. No amenities. Gym is less than desirable. Room was filthy. We paid $390 a night due to the Kentucky Derby- next year we would rather camp at a KOA park rather than stay here.

This place is a roach motel. Don't let them fool you. The sheets had pubic hair and other long black hair all over them. People were living in cars outside the motel. It was a very sketchy area. There were junk cars in the parking lot. This place is a disaster. Please stay away for your health and safety. We walked into the room and walked straight back out. I requested a refund because we didn't stay there and was told no. That was my tough luck. This place is horrible stay away!!! To say the staff was rude is an understatement. I will never stay at a Wyndham establishment again. Trashy roach motel!!!

The remote control for the TV was broken. Light bulbs in the lamps were missing. The comforter/bed sheets were stained. They had refillable shampoo/conditioner bottles in the shower which were both empty. The entire outlet box was sticking out of the floor in front of the heating unit.

The front door had a 2 inch gap at the bottom, the bathroom door didnt fully close, the toliet didnt flush. My daughter and myself blocked the door because we felt unsafe.

I was not aware this facility was a motel. The site does not show the outside building. I thought all Days Inn converted to hotel style. Room was not cleaned properly or not at all. Paint was chipping off the walls. Everything was just terrible

The room was non smoking , not true the room reeks of cigarette smoke . Also being a pet friendly , the room also reeked of cat urine. The room I was in seemed to have had a fight in it room things we’re damaged and the room had been broken into because you could plainly see the forced entry. I can keep going. I would never recommend this Louisville venue to anybody

Worst service ever
Worst overall service ever. We felt like the front desk lady wouldn't care less. Service was super small, no willingness to help or make our stay easy. Plus they charged us a cash "deposit", which they would not reimburse when we checked in before 8am. We had to wait until close to 11am. The room was descent but bathroom as very old, no bah soap (liquid or bar), only conditioner and shampoo. We took a while to figure out how the heater works, and had to call the front desk for help. No more stays at any Days Inn ever!

Wow the quality of this hotel is NOT good ….. was there for all of 10 min before I realized this hotel had stained Comforters and Bug of some sort on the floor … we said No way and left. Now I will say front desk was good to deal with Kindly refunded my money and let me out of the stay ! So customer service was a win !
