We didn't actually spend a lot of time there, but I can't complain about anything I expirenced. Would go back if in the area.

“Would stay here again.”

Wish breakfast was a bit longer with tired kids during the week, but staff was very great. Gave me a tray so I could take breakfast back to the family in the room without having to get everyone up and dressed. Kids were so excited to have waffles. Did not have sheets for the pullout in room, but staff brought them right up when we called front desk. We had a late check in and they let us check out late too. The room was great. We had a ton of room for everyone to sleep with two beds and a pullout.

“Nice hotel, run by children”

Not impressed by the unprofessional attitude of the young desk clerk. She chatted on her cell phone while I checked in (and continued afterward). The room, however, was neat and clean and the hotel is fairly new. Big breakfast included. Good deal at the Expedia price.

Well worth the money. We were looking for something cheap and were pleasantly surprised at the hotel for the price. If ever in the area would stay here again.

“Friendly staff, decent facilities, good access to restaurants”

My stay at Comfort Suites was what one would expect from a 2.5 star hotel. Facilities were comfortable and all of the basics were there. Bonus was a fairly friendly and accomodating staff. That's always a plus. It is walking distance to several restaurants and other retail outlets, so that's convenient.

“Great Value/Great Location”

This hotel is located tucked off the main road and is surrounded by lots of other hotels. I would choose this one over the others (even the national chains) due to the cleanliness and size of the rooms, the helpful staff, and because it has a great pool/spa area. It is VERY close by highway access to the downtown Louisville area and costs way less! The beds were soft, the towels clean, and it has a great breakfast. Compared to the rates of other hotels in the area we got a LOT more for our money.

I would have liked to be able to use a fitness room at the hotel rather than going over to the Sleep Inn but understand and it was a nice evening for a walk.

“Nice, clean hotel”

It was one of the only decent hotels with availability on short notice on Derby Weekend. The room and common areas were clean and updated. The front desk staff was nowhere to be found for 20 minutes while we were trying to check in. The complementary breakfast was decent and the coffee was fresh. It was located a bit far from downtown but was near some shops and a great Mexican restaurant.

“Great for the price”

With a family of 6 it's hard to find a hotel room to comfortably fit us all, especially at the last minute. We usually stay at Embassy Suites, but it wasn't available so we tried Comfort Suites. The room was a little crowded for all of us, but we were pleased. The kids loved the pool, and the breakfast was bettter than I expected. Everything was clean and updated. One small complaint: no ice machine on the 3rd floor. I had to go to the first to get ice. Not a big deal though. Very friendly staff.

“Excellent price for a suite! Fit our family of 6 really well.”

It was so easy to get to, extremely affordable!!!, beautiful, spacious rooms w/ high ceilings, beds were terrific. Only downside was breakfast was understaffed, so many food/drinks were empty. We had to find someone to get more, but when we did, very quick & apologetic. Great proximity to shopping & restaurants, but traffic getting in & out was quite the challenge. Could have been time a day possibly.
