Located about 1⁄2 mile from the Kentucky Fair and Exposition Center, the Bourbon House is as close as you can get to all of the festivals, concerts, sports tournaments, and Kentucky State Fair!!

Relax in between the races, a game, hiking or live music at The Bourbon House 1. This "bigger-than-it-looks", newly remodeled home offers 6 comfortable mattresses in private bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Each bedroom has its own comforting color theme so guests can choose their favorite!

With multiple separate gathering spaces, there's something for everyone. Catch a movie in the living room, break out a card game in the upstairs loft, or entertain on the back patio with party lighting and a gas grill.
Private, off-street parking is available for up to 4 vehicles. The unique "Bourbon Barrel" inspired front door is the ultimate first impression. You'll see that we've "poured" our hearts into this space! Enjoy meals in the sprawling open kitchen with a farmhouse table capable of seating 12. Eat breakfast watching cartoons on the TV, cleanup is easy with stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops. Natural light brightens the entire first floor. The beautifully spacious living room and dining area accommodates the entire group comfortably. The first floor encompasses the private primary bedroom suite with full bath, down the hall is the laundry area, and 2 additional first floor guest bedrooms. Three additional sleeping areas and a full bathroom are on the second floor.

The backyard is privacy fence offers a feeling of peace and seclusion, and features a grand patio with 3 tables and 12 chairs! The fire table is a cozy place to spend some time and the grill is available for cookouts!
The home also features updated bathrooms, fresh linens and toiletries, extra towels, a full hot coffee bar (coffee provided), washer/dryer and many other amenities!

-For guest safety and security, one doorbell security camera is activated and located on the front porch near the front door. This device records both video and audio when motion is detected. The front porch, door, steps, and sidewalk areas are the monitor areas. Guest safety, security and privacy is extremely important to us.

Access to the house is through the front door. The key code will be sent 24 hours prior to check in.

Interaction is minimal. Guests check themselves in. Professional management staff is available for any needs during the stay.

Walk to Brew Pubs, Restaurants,Grocery and Liquor Stores, or take a short Uber ride to all things Louisville!

A vehicle is recommended. Uber and Lyft are readily available through their applications.

RENTAL AGREEMENT: Guests are required to sign all Rental Agreements prior to check in. If guests refuse to sign the rental agreement, the cancellation policy will still apply.

KENTUCKY DERBY: All Kentucky Derby week/weekend reservations are non refundable, regardless of whether or not a rental agreement has been signed.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: A security deposit hold is required for this reservation. This deposit is collected outside of the booking platform. The deposit must be collected at least 3 days prior to check or the reservation may be cancelled and the cancellation policy will still apply.
