“Excellent resort, wonderful vacation!”
From the time we arrived to the time we left, we couldnt have been more happy with our experience at La Estancia. It was perfectly located for what we were looking for. It was within walking distance to the "nightlife/action", yet far enough away that we didn't feel like we were on college spring break. Also, a very short and cheap cab ride to grocery/marina/downtown. Overall, we will definitely be going back to Cabo and without question, staying at Villa La Estancia!
“We were not disappointed!”
We expected the on-line photos to be "better" than the actual accommodation and property...but not so! Our 2 bedroom condo was just steps from the beautiful beach, the staff was exceptional, the pool, gymn, restaurant, and grounds were top rate. The unit was well appointed and first class. Our stay could not have been better!
“Can't wait to return to this beautiful place!”
We stayed at this Hotel for one week, it is a beautiful place, it is well kept and everyone makes you feel at home. The rooms are very clean. The staff really takes pride in their work. The Hotel is convenially located, so everything is really close. I really recommend it!
“Beautiful place!”
Villa La Estancia is gorgeous! This hotel is very classy (a bit on the conservative side). I would say it is better for romantic couples and families rather than if you are looking to go wild and party because it is pretty mellow there. That was fine with me though because my husband and I were there to relax and just lounge around at the pool and the beach. When we wanted to go out and party, we just took a five minute cab ride to downtown to the endless great restaurants and clubs. (You could walk if you want to but it is just usually so hot out.) The service is excellent,it is a great location and is right on a great swimmable beach with a wonderful view of the "Arch". They also have a couple of restaurants at the hotel which are very nice. The rooms are very nice, especially if you have a one or two bedroom suite. The suites are beautifully decorated, spacious with marble floors & bathrooms and they all have balconies. One other nice aspect is that you can go to the hotels on both sides of Villa La Estancia to use their pools and dine at there restaurants as well. It is a great place and I would definitely stay there again! You will not be disappointed.
“Great place to stay and good location”
I honestly did not expect this hotel to provide such good service and excellent amenities. I was impressed from the moment I walked in. I've traveled to Las Vegas, San Fransico, Miami, Colorado, San Diego and Mazatlan, Mexico and was still impressed with this hotel. Not to far from the clubs and downtown, only a $5-$7 cab ride. The pool, gym and spa where outstanding. The staff was nice and the view was also above average. You feel safe and comfortable, oh and valet, no problems. The only bad thing was you need to be check out by 11:00AM. Dinner was a little expensive but overall, Estencia is a great place to stay.
“absolutely wonderful”
This hotel was absolutely beautiful. We had a 2 room suite that was gorgeous. We can't say enough about how wonderful, courteous and helpful the staff was. We can't wait to go back. The location for our family was the best, close to the marina and downtown night life.
“Definately will come back for sure.”
Very impressed. The hotel for the most part was very clean and well maintained. Rooms are spacious, well decorated. All have the comforts of home plus more. Hotel has the best view of beach and island formations. One minor discrepancy noted was at the pool. It is cleaned every morning but tends to get a bit dirty towards the evening hours due to the bar and restaurant being attached to the pool plus people allowed to smoke at the pool/bar area. So,... the higher volume of people at the pool, the dirtier it becomes towards the evening.
“Loved Villa La Estancia!”
This is fabulous property. Next to the One and Only Palmilla, this may be the second nicest property in all of Cabo. The staff was extremely helpful and spoke english. The property has a beautiful pool. It is conveniently located and very safe. My only suggestion is for a business center on the property that is free. $5US per half hour was pretty steep in my opinion. I loved this place and would go back in a heartbeat.
“Great vacation....would stay at La Estancia again”
The service was excellent...the room was fantastic...great views, great beach, great activities
“Would love to return next year”
We had a great time in Cabo, a large part due to this wonderful hotel experience. The staff was great and fun to practice Spanish with. They were also able to speak English well. Hanging by the pools was fantastic especially with the swim up bar and great food and beverage service. What a relaxing vacation!
