Property Amenities
Although the recently renovated, 155-suite Cabo San Lucas hotel welcomes guests in an impressive marble lobby displaying Greek murals, the Marina Fiesta Resort and Spa is informal. Terraced down a hillside toward the marina, the cappuccino-and-cream buildings resemble an adobe village, complete with raw-log accents.
Overlooking the marina's fishing and pleasure boats, a free-form pool and swim-up bar furnish cooling inside and out. Two, two-person spa tubs lie next to the pool.
This Cabo San Lucas resort also include a spa with a variety of massage and skin treatments (surcharges) as well as a fitness center with treadmills, stair machines, an elliptical trainer, and free weights.
An independently operated mini-market near the marina offers sandwiches, a coffee shop, a pharmacy, and Internet access. Guests may also enjoy dining at a selection of fine restaurants and bars outside of the resort, down at the marina, and along the boardwalk.

“Best location”
Everything was breathtaking from the time we checked in to the time we checked out. The all inclusive deal is really all inclusive. The best part of it all was the food which ranged from delicious chilaquiles to filet mignon. Also, the room included a mini bar that included beer, soda, and water which was stocked every day. The location is very convinient as it is only one block from the marina where the restaurants are located and is also two blocks away from the beach.
“great location”
this is a great location. Out the back gate you are at the marina and right by the mall. You are only a short distance to downtown. There is a wallmart and sams club a short distance by cab. Staff is very friendly and polite.
“Barb's break”
The hotel was great. Clean and well maintained. The few problems found in the room (air conditioning not cooling, and the faucet very loose) was fixed as soon as I reported them. I found the all-inclusive a bit of a rip off. This hotel has no restaurant to speak of. There is a food area at the pool, that closes at 8pm. The breakfast was fine, but after that they serve only snacks. This hotel owns other restaurants on the marina. I tried one for breakfast, that was horrible, went back for dinner, I had to pay for my lobster (not included in all inclusive), which was over cooked and horrible. When ordering a drink and you ask for a brand name, it's not included. The best food was what was paid for out of pocket. I felt very safe here. Peaceful and quiet. No activities at this hotel, but many on the marina. Excellent spa. Massages are one half off on certain days.
“I'm ready to go back”
The hotel is in a great location. The staff is a great group of people.
“best place in cabo”
two minutes away from everything, right on the marina, very comfortable
“Location, Location, Location”
The hotel was right on the marina where you can walk around and shop. It is only a 5 minute walk to the beach and all the water activities leave from the marina where the hotel is located. The bar staff was exceptional!! Tip them cash and you will have even better service. Do the all inclusive because the prices in Cabo rival NYC. The hotel owns the 5 restaurants that gives you a variety of food and it was decent. The only downfall is DO NOT book excursions through the hotel!!! We were told by the guy so many lies and he put us in grave danger on a subpar boat with no life jackets or radio and we became stranded in the Sea of Cortez for hours and then got an attitude as to why we wanted our money back. In the end we only received half our money. Use GrayLine because they are a worldwide reputable company. We took a GrayLine trip to Todos Santos where the original Hotel California is located. It is a hippie/artist town rich in Mexican history and well worth the money. It included the ride, lunch in an authentic restaurant and shopping. Our guide was wonderful and it made up for the horrendous fishing trip we had.
“Love this hotel, best location in Cabo!”
It's not the fanciest hotel in Cabo. It does not have the largest pool in Cabo. It is not even on the beach. But we still think it is the best place to stay in Cabo if you want a mix of nightlife and beach time. Located right on the marina, it takes only a couple of minutes to walk to restaurants and night clubs. No cab necessary, even at night. If you walk about 5 minutes in the opposite direction you arrive at Medano beach, home of the Office, Mango Deck, and (our favorite place on the sand) Casablanca. The staff at Marina Fiesta are always super friendly and accommodating. Some of our favorite people are Jaime and Carlos. Jaime's (the lobby bartender) name tag says Jimmy, but people who know him call him by his real name. Carlos (the concierge) is always very friendly, gets stuff done for you. We are there a couple times a year and love it. 3 times this year already. Be sure to tell them David & Lori sent you!
“Loved it!”
The decor of the hotel is amazing. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The food was Ok, not bad. The drinks did take a little time, but all we had was time. We're on vacation! The location was perfect and I recommend naps after the pool bar before going out at night. It's going to be long night!
“Very impressed”
We stayed in a Mini-suite and the view overlooked the marina. We both really appreciated the fact that everything was within walking distance.
“Great location and facility”
Our room was great, the location by the marina was fun, but the best thing was the people. They were friendly and helpful, and made you feel like you were staying at a friends place. I would recommend Marina Fiesta to my best friend.
