Our Luxurious 7th floor sub penthouse Villa has a spacious terrace with spectacular views of the ocean and lands end. It is located on the very popular Medano Beach, it's walking distance to the Marina and downtown Cabo. The Villa is fully equipped and includes the following:
-Master Suite, king sized bed, beautiful ensuite bath
-Second Bedroom with 3 queen sized beds, full bath
-Spacious living area with 3rd full bathroom, dining for 6 plus island seating for 4

Beautiful views and amazing service!
We stay at this beautiful resort twice a year, but it was my first time in this villa. From the moment we arrived, the staff was kind, responsive and accommodating to our needs. We're looking forward to booking our upcoming stay in this villa!

Great property, great place to stay!
Our family had a lovely stay in this property. Unfortunately, the private concierge was not able to be on property when we were there, so hopefully that has been figured out, but other than not getting the "mexican treat" everyone raved about, it did not affect the stay. The pool is good, the beach location is great, the view is great. Transportation is easy to obtain through the general concierge or via taxi. We did not go to Costco, but did go to Wal-Mart. Food and beverage on property are $$$, so I recommend having some snacks and food in the unit. Great stay! Thanks!

A perfect vacation from start to finish
This is our second family vacation staying Villa la Estancia. The property is centrally located and sits on a swimming beach. The condo floor plan is well thought out and all the comforts of home. We really like that the property is gated and there is everything you need including a market, coffee house, ice cream parlor, gym, and excellent restaurants on site. We can't wait to go back next year!

Our family vacation
The location was perfect, close to downtown and the marina. Beautiful views of lands end. Service at the resort was excellent. The villa was clean and spacious. The only complaint I have is one of the beds in my daughter’s room had a mattress that was completely caved in the center so no one could sleep there.

Christmas in Cabo
We had the best time celebrating Christmas in Cabo. The property is exactly as described, perfect location. The view was amazing. Salvador was super helpful with arranging our transportation, booking us an excursion and setting up a dinner in the Condo (highly recommend the dinner). The staff of property is so nice. Would 100% book this condo again.

We had a wonderful stay in Unit 1706. The beds are very comfortable, and the unit is clean and fully stocked! We enjoyed the welcome chips and guac, and took advantage of the private chef option. Diego, our chef, made a meal that knocked our socks off! All this and a perfect sunset from the patio. It was a dream vacay!

Perfect stay
We love Cabo this is our second stay at Villa la Estancia and we can't wait to go back! Our unit had an incredible view and came with daily housekeeping which was just amazing! It has all the amenities you need and so spacious for two families. Thank you for allowing us to vacation in your beautiful place can't wait to go back.
