Wonderful unit
Can’t say enough about the thoughtfulness that went into preparing the space for a traveler. It was wonderful from start to finish, and had everything I needed. Down to each detail, the owners were super considerate, and it was much appreciated. Would recommend to anyone.

Beautiful and elegant suite!
We loved our 3-night stay at Treetop Suite! This well-appointed property had everything we needed to be at home away from home. The kitchenette area had all the little touches that made it quite functional for our needs - we especially appreciated the hot water kettle, toaster oven and filtered water. We enjoyed fresh fruit, snacks and bottled water provided by our hosts; even more snacks, a wonderful tea selection and Keurig pods were available as well. All dishes, cutlery and additional kitchen items were in great shape. A hot plate, knives and cutting board, and full-size fridge rounded out the cozy eat-in kitchen area. The rest of the suite was beautifully and elegantly furnished. The bathroom is thoughtfully updated. The shower pressure was great. Bed and linens were comfortable and luxurious. The neighborhood was peaceful and the view from the windows and porch was quite nice. We felt very safe in the area. Our host Judy was friendly and checked to make sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again if we find ourselves in S Pasadena!

A dream spot!
From the moment we headed up the stairs, we were greeted with an amazing fragrant smelling tree! We loved our little balcony with table, chairs and umbrella! Spent half a day out there just enjoying a beautiful day. Our room was perfect! Very comfortable and had everything we needed. Loved the thoughtful basket and wine let for us by the owners.. When we come back to visit my son, we will be lucky enough to stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful place to stay!☺️

Warm and Cozy stay
A comfortable and well-thought-out place, located in a quiet neighborhood. The hosts were really welcoming and helpful. You will have pretty much everything you need for a carefree stay. I definitely recommend this place.

South Pasadena studio
I have stayed at this property several times. Each time, Nick and Judy go out of their way to make sure that everything about the property is perfect. They are available if necessary, but never intrusive. The studio is quiet, which allowed me to work during the day. There is a park within walking distance and many stores and restaurants a short uber drive away. In short, you would not go wrong staying at this location and you would have a very enjoyable stay.

Perfect for a long weekend
We are always looking for a nice place in South Pasadena and we found it! Very clean and comfortable! Nick greeted us and even let us check in early. High quality linens (even the toilet paper). Our only drawback was the stairs but that’s on us not on the property. We will be back.

Short stay for 4th of July Weekend
My brother and I stayed at the Tree Top Suite for the 4th of July weekend and it was perfect for what we needed! We were attending an expo at the LA Convention Center and didn’t stay at the suite for most of the day, but it was still great. The main things we were looking for was location away from the convention center and parking. We were only about 20-25 mins away from the convention center, and the neighborhood was so peaceful that I felt comfortable parking my car here. A parking pass is required to park overnight, but Nick was able to provide a pass as soon as we arrived. Nick and Judy were great hosts and supplied us with a few goodies and snacks upon arrival. The suite was very clean and more spacious than we thought. My favorite part was the shower and how the water got hot very quickly. Nick and Judy were very friendly host and left us alone for most of our trip but were readily available for any questions we had. The only trouble we experienced was the check in process through the Happy Stay app, the electronic keypad on the door (took us a few times to get the hang of it) and some noisy birds but you get use to the noise after awhile. I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone with activities in LA or Pasadena and looking for a peaceful place to stay at. I don’t believe I would have gotten this amazing home-y experience if I would have booked at a hotel so I’m glad I booked this suite! Thank you Nick and Judy!

Nice, quiet neighborhood.
This was a great place to stay. It was centrally located for everything we wanted to do and see. On our first day there, we had nothing planned after our flight so we went for a walk in the neighborhood. They are located next to a large park with lots of trees to enjoy. The Pasadena parrots were active and a surprise to see. I wasn't aware parrots were in the area. The lodgings had everything we needed to keep us comfortable on our stay. Everything was clean and, it would appear, recently remodeled. Sleeping accommodations were comfortable and allowed for relaxing and restful nights. Hosts were very friendly and accommodating. We could not have had a better more relaxing get away. Overall, everything was excellent. We had a great stay in an incredible area. Thanks for everything it was much appreciated.

Tree top review
I had a wonderful stay at this property. My hosts, Nick and Judy live on the property. They were always available and responded quickly to the few requests which I had. Even though they also lived on the property, they were very unobtrusive, yet willing to give any information or direction which I required. The unit is very quiet which enabled me to work during the day. It is very close to a beautiful park which I utilized for daily walks. I would very highly recommend this property to any couple or single person traveling in the area who needs a quiet, clean place to relax with very nice, friendly hosts.

Outstanding in every wat
We stayed at this location for 21 days while renovating our father's house in nearby Hillside Village. We really enjoyed the entire stay. Even though we arrived late, the property owner greeted us and showed us how to use the convenient cyber lock on the door. Impeccably clean, charming decor, comfortable bed, plenty of closet and drawer space, wifi internet, invigorating shower, convenient kitchen with frig, microwave, Keurig, sink and more. Loved the overhead skylight with remotely operating shade. Cleaner came once a week to tidy and drop off clean towels. The location is perfect for access to our favorite restaurants, entertainment, freeways, and Yum Yum donuts ... the best ever. We always easily found parking on the street in this quiete, pretty neighborhood. This will be our first choice from now on when visiting family in LA.
