Everything was good except that they give me a room looking to the back of the building and on that road there was trash all around it, couches, tires, etc looked very dirty! Not a nice view to have from my room! The front of the hotel is good, I like that the parking lot is private not just anybody can park there. A good hotel for a one night stay after your flight bit make sure to ask for a room that doesn’t look the back of the building.

Convenient and clean. Great option for an overnight stay when flying in and out of LAX. Free shuttle was great and driver was super friendly and helpful.

Property itself was great, best motel 6 I’ve ever stayed in. The only downside was the surrounding area. Don’t walk outside late at night as it is not a safe neighborhood.

The manager was very helpful with checking me in, along with the other girl that checked me in on the day Sunday evening when I checked in, I forgot her name. I didn’t catch it, but they were very helpful and very sweet and kind. I had my room cleaned on the day that I wanted to clean but on Thursday, someone was in my room and I didn’t appreciate that because I didn’t ask for my room to be cleaned on Thursday and then they have cleaned it. They only cleaned the bathroom, but not the rest of the room didn’t sweep up didn’t do anything. Didn’t change the pillowcases, and the reason being is because my stuff was on the bed because I wasn’t expecting anyone to come and clean my room that specific day .

Horrible each night a whopping $29.00 for pkg even as handicap ADA. 1st they Triana cdnt find my reservation that took an hr she sent SASHA TRAINEE to go look in a back room. I told Triana I was exhausted and disabled need my heart meds (AFTER AN HR) Sacha still comes bk she cdnt see the reservation #. words she never wrote it down. Lol. Had to call customer svc THEN TRIANA FINALLY showed the intern Sasha how to search for it. My room however had REALLY CLEAN WHITE Sheets ! That's the best part right? A nice peaceful sleep! Then all forgiven I meet SHANTE giving dirty looks"at front desk. Shante was rude down right MEAN to a guest.He just wanted to connect w his hotel clients who wdnt answer the phone so they can verify he could visit them. Shante took out ALL his credentials continuing to humiliate him STILL treated him like dirt in front of all of the lobby guests. Shante should NOT be in any upper level position. She's obviously hates people. Shante refused to let me OUT OF THE PKG LOT. Even tho' 1st thing she SHOULD have said let me give you a pass to get out free (cause remember you pay pkg in advance upon. CK in) BUT this RIDICULOUS POLICY their PKG 3rd party is to keep you from leaving w out knowing you must pay an EXTRA EXIT FEE OF 30.00 MORE IF YOUR FRONT DESK PERSON DOESN'T GIVE U THE EXIT PASS! She never mentioned it when I told I was checking out. Stuck 1 hr at exit w guests screaming foul names at me because I didn't have a proper exit pass.

Maybe ask people when they check in to consider other guests by not slamming their room door or letting it close on its own. People were slamming their doors at all times through the night.

I had a great night on the 7 th w an EXCELLENT front desk night shift named Calvin! Amazing skills wu is ck easy efficient! He MADE sure you don't leave until he gives you a card to exit with no additional charges. Seamless easy check in and out. Night 2 I reserved again thru Expedia and NIGHTMARE STAFFF. You got a Tribana or Trevia. Wow unbelievable.. she Claimed there was NO reservation under my name and this "repetitive mantra" gaslighting me like I was crazy was really daunting. She took someone else and decided she'd just leave me hanging. Trainee went to find reservation and THERE IT WAS. After an hour wait w these two unhelpful employees. Next day a MS SHANTE sourpuss face that you know the type you greet them with 4good morning they she SHANTE front desk "Uh huh" . Ya that's her greeting! She side glance mex refused to give me a ticket pass since i paid for parking. You need pass in order to leave and she held me hostage for 48mins. Even the guard thought SHANTE was mean unreasonable. I have diabetes, cdnt access my insulin on time to pick it up due to S Plus my blood pressure stitting in the hot sun while SHANTE STILL REFUSED to open the gate when the security said pls give me autho to help this lady. I prepaid for parking to twice in advance and she knew it. SHANTE needs to be retrained or personally since she doesn't understand ADA laws fired in my opinion. She is SO BURNT OUT OR just things she's God because she can be super nasty knowing gues

Parking is $16 extra per day, out room faced highway and its pretty loudy, most of the times there was a line in lobby, so to solve anything you will have to wait. The room itself was fine and clean.
