Are you still enjoy staying at this property but one thing that they're lacking on is friendliness also they don't include that you have to pay for parking now before you didn't have to pay for parking it's $16 a night to pay for parking at a motel 6 that's just absolutely crazy and there's no guarantee that your car won't get broken into the staff seemed very unknowledgeable about their job but also they need to inform the apps or the third party reservations that you have to pay for parking it should not be a surprise when you get there

BEWARE!! ** DIRTY BEDS ** First, I do not recommend this property. It looks nice from the outside, and the lobby looks decent. They are not very accommodating like other hotels. When I got up to my room, it looked terrible. Bare, and very very basic. It had “nice” floors. That’s their marketing; “updated”. The place looks like it hasn’t been updated since 1970. The bathrooms are less than basic. The lighting is dim. The worst part: When I got into the room, I inspected the beds, and when I pulled the covers back, there was hair, fuzz, and all the remanants from someone else sleeping in the bed. THEY DIDNT CHANGE THE SHEETS!!! I immediately went to get someone, and got the head custodian and head housekeeper. They said it must have been a mistake, that maybe the housekeeper didn’t know it was a check in room. Bs. They moved me to another room two floors up, where the room was equally dirty, floors with sand on them, tub had soap remnants on the ledge, and toilet was dirty. I hate that I pre paid for this hotel, I would have left. When I went for a walk to find a bite to eat, I had to walk under an overpass that was mobbed with homeless people, feces and urine everywhere, it was horrific. Not a safe area. This was by far the worst hotel stay ever in my life. I caution you if you are booking this.

Though there was evidence the room had been cleaned, there were 2 big boogers on the wall in bathroom right near the toilet paper that i saw upon entering room for 1st time and using toilet. Disgusting!

I got exactly what I needed for a great price. The rooms are simple but very clean. The neighborhood has homeless but there is a great security staff that lets you feel safe from interference without feeling like you are in a police state.

I felt that the hotel pulled a bait and switch regarding parking. While Expedia shows "Parking is Available", it should provide that parking is an extra fee. Expedia should include the price for parking. The cost of parking was nowhere to be found on the Expedia or Motel 6 website.

The front desk guy told us they were sold out of rooms, so I went online and found the listings and booked it myself. I was with my husband, and when I asked the clerk about it, he said, “oh we only have 1 beds available.” Okay? You couldn’t have told us that? And the room we booked ended up having 2 beds. Lying about availability was extremely weird. Do better.
