The hotel & room was beautiful, clean and well maintained. The hotel staff went above and beyond all expectations. Best location as well - will definately return again.

“Modern luxury in a great location”

Hotel is right next the the Green Park tube station, 5 min stroll to Buckingham Palace in one direction and Piccadilly Circus in another. Room very modern, bathroom spacious and clean. Hall lighting a little too gloomy for our taste but otherwise decor impeccable.

We really enjoyed our stay, very clean and confortable. Staff were very friendly. There is mini supermarket right across the hotel which was very helpful to get some snacks and water. Underground tube is just a block away. Walking distance to Picadilly Circus & Buckingham palace.

A beautiful comfortable room and helpful staff in an absolutely perfect location for visitors to London - you can walk to Buckingham Palace, the West End, Chinatown and Soho, and it's a couple of hundred yards from a really well connected tube station if you want to go any further afield.

We loved the location of the hotel....we were right in the middle of all the great things to do and 1 block from the green park tube. This hotel is a hot spot to see and be seen! I would not recommend families or children...very professional atomosphere. Great bar in the hotel and just behind the hotel you will find very afforable food with a dry cleaners and starbucks! If you are traveling with heavy bags, BEWARE you must carry them up and down flights of stairs in the tube station. We flew into Gatwick and took the express to Victoria station(you can get tickets for the tube at the station) and it was difficult for me to handle my bags. Otherwise, a great holiday and would stay at the May Fair again!!!!!!!!

Not only the hotel was great but more important the staff was so gracious and attentive. They were there for our every need. The location was very convienent to everything we wanted to see.

“Great way to end a trip!”

This was a terrific hotel! Located close to everything we wanted to see. The concierge was also very helpful. Our first night was a little hot, the room's air conditioner was broken. But, on the second day, they moved us to a new, comfortable, spacious room. Both rooms were plenty large enough for our family of four.
