“Definitely a great place to stay!!”

The location is central to everything. The decor was lovely, it was clean and quiet. We had access to the internet in our room which was wonderful. Staff very helpful.

“Great location”

We're an easygoing professional couple from New York and this was our first trip to London. We were there for Christmas and New Years. The location was ideal. On New Year's Eve we stepped out of our hotel at 11:30 for the festivities because it was much less crazy than Times Square which we have never attended for New Year's. Literally a block in one direction we could see the countdown along the Thames and half a block in the other direction we could be in Trafalgar Square. We rang in the New Year took some pics and video and called it a night. Even with the crowd we were back in our room in 5 mins. We stayed here 10 days and did a great deal and traveled all over the city by tube (there's an underground station a block away) and this was a great location for doing anything we wanted. I made local calls from the room and all they charged me was 9 pence (roughly 13 cents American). Free filtered bottled water on every floor was great.

“Can't wait to go back”

Great hotel in terms of service and convenience. Nothing can beat its superior location from where on can walk to most tourist attractions and take tubes to wherever you want to visit in London.

“The Grand at Trafalgar Square”

Our hotel was in a fantastic location, walkable to all the main attractions. It was clean, in excellent decorative order and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. It was also just off Trafalgar Square but on a very quiet street.

“Very good hotel”

The room was very spacious and clean. Bed linen was clean. Good location. Towels were clean but not very big and could have done with more, only stayed one night otherwise would have asked for more. Air conditioning unit a bit noisy, couldn't turn it off. More than one night would again have asked about it. overall very good hotel, be better when restaurant in hotel and breakfast can be got either in restaurant or room.

“Brand New Hotel in a Great Location”

The hotel is brand new and there were still some areas being worked on, but most things are all ready. Once it is all done it will be elegant and upscale. It is about a half block from Trafalgar Square and convenient to the tube and within walking distance to many of London's downtown sites. Rooms are very nice and comfortable. Lots of room, comfy beds, and it has a small fridge and microwave. Only issue was that some of staff had difficulty with English. However it seemed that they were hiring more locals to improve in that area. Despite the language issue, all staff were extremely friendly and went out of their way to assist. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely consider staying there on future trips.

“Great Location!”

Our family of eight spent a week including New Year's Eve in the hotel and the location was perfect for the fireworks and close to the theater district, restaurants, tube and buses. Our four rooms were quiet and the beds were comfortable, although oddly the duvets were uncomfortably heavy. Our request for different blankets and a day bed for our child were honored readily. Our only problem was that one of our four rooms was too warm and couldn't be adjusted, but they offered us a room change.The rooms were spacious by London standards and the staff very helpful and friendly. Since ithe hotel was newly opened and did not yet have a restaurant they served complimentary hot chocolate and coffee in the lounge, a very nice gesture. We would stay there again and highly recommend it.

“Very Elegant”

This hotel has been newly renovated and levely. It is conveniently located just off of Trafalgar Square. My room was very comfortable and it was very quiet. My only surprise was that the continental breakfast that I thought was included was extra (I did not find this out until I checked out) and it was quite pricey. They told me about the breakfast, but did not mention that there was a cost.
