This hotel is great and very convenient. High quality of service, everyone is polite and willing to please. Their beds are super comfortable, the rooms impeccably clean and their bathrooms lovely. This is where I stay when I have to overnight at Heathrow!

“Excellent option for London travellers”

The closeness of the Tube and the heathrow Express make this a good option for travellers to London who don't necessarily want to stay in over-priced central hotels. It was very easy to get into London from here and the fact of being linked to Terminal 5 and accessible to Terminals 1 and 3 by Express was a bonus for those with luggage. Very clean, up to date rooms, Sofitel comfort, only gripe is the price of internet connections: many places offer free Wifi and I felt they should have as well. Would stay here again.

Very convenient if you are arriving/connecting at T5. 40min to central London if using the underground (station inside T5). very quit rooms, and excellent amenities.

“Always a pleasure to stay at Sofitel Heathrow”

This is the 3rd time I've stayed here while in transfer at Heathrow. The Hotel is modern, clean, quiet, and comfortable. Always a pleasure to stay here. The only negative I have is the cost of the Wifi service, which is unacceptable in this day and age. They have a couple of options: 1. Either free wifi with Dial Up like speeds 2. Pay 15 pounds for a proper Broadband connection (24 hrs). This is a pure profit grab and the cost should be toned down since this hotel is visited by frequent business travellers.

I have stayed here every time I have passed through Heathrow ... It's a walking distance from Terminal 5! A perfect place to rest after a long plane ride. It's only 45 minutes train ride to central London!
