I am sorry to hear the Deluxe Studio you booked wasn't up to the standard you've come to expect from us.With regards to the AC, it can indeed be controlled from the room, you have the possibility to switch it on and off. Also, floors inside every unit in the building are wooden and not carpeted.I wish you had discussed all this matters with reception rather than checking out as we could have moved you to another room or even offer you an upgrade.Best Regards,
