“Good”
As I didn't spend so much time in the hotel, the first impression definitely made a difference. The hotel was extremely good (for the price you are paying), the receptionist are so humble, polite. Being particular about the toilet, I have no complains as it's spacious. With the tube station opposite the station, you could not ask for more. It's so easily accessible. I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. Tumbs up!!!

“Good value”
Definetly a place to stay. because the tube is quite close and local pubs and shops are also close as well. breakfast was good, and the place was neat and tidy. Go here to not dissapoint yourselves.
“Family Trip to London”
We had a very nice stay. The hotel is very convenient to the tube with a station located just across the street. If you are not staying in central London, this gives you easy access at an affordable price. The staff was courteous and helpful. The front desk was eager to offer directions or arrange for a taxi. The only minor inconvenience was that the soft drink machine was empty on a couple of nights and getting ice for soft drinks from the front desk took a while (since they generally don't use ice in soft drinks). The hotel clerk went back and brought out a small bag of ice and said that was all she had. (Oh well, while in London, do as the Londoners!) The room was very small (had to crawl over the sleeper sofa to get to the wall) but I understand small rooms are common in London. Since you don't go to London to stay in the hotel room, this wasn't a big problem. I would recommend this hotel.
“Great Trip”
The hotel was great! The price was reasonable and the location was perfect. We took the Underground/Tube from Heathrow Airport to our hotel. The station (Colliers Station) is right across the street from the hotel. The hotel was close to all the sites. We used the Tube everyday and our longest ride to a site was about 25 minutes one way. Near the hotel you will find two Pubs, grocery store, Burger King, Supermarket, sandwich shop and restaurant. The front of the hotel is on a busy street so we made sure we had a room in the back. The room had a pullout sofa and desk, was quiet, clean, and comfortable. Our room was on the second floor and the water pressure was great with plenty of hot water. The stairwells, hallways, and elevators were clean and well lighted. The only ice machine was located in the lobby. There was always plenty of ice. The continental breastfast was good with a number of choices and plenty to eat and drink. The employees were pleasant and helpful. I would stay there again and I would recommend it to my friends.

Hotel is very close to tube station, good (and cheap)Indian restaurant and small supermarket. It is a reasonable distance from central London. Staff are very helpfull and friendly and we would stay again.

room was clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable. The hotel is being renevated, however there is little disruption to your stay. The only complaint is the breakfast area is too small and the cooked breakfast could do with a major revamp.
“For a family Holiday in London, just right Hotel!”
Clean rooms, trained reception staff, reasonably good breakfast, a hop over to underground station, 1 min walk from Sainsbury's, my family was very satisfied. So was I.
“Economy is Good”
This hotel is good for the price.....London is expensive....The elevator (lift) was out of service for 3 of our 5 days but it was fine the stairs were easy to access. The only true complaint that we had was the clerk at the desk when we checked out was rude..... laughing and telling jokes on the phone while we stood there waiting to check out (we had to catch a train).
