Staff were incredible. Location and views were amazing. Hotel was well laid out and supports a tremendous ethical program of training and education. Would have loved to stay longer but they were at full occupancy!

- Two single beds and mattresses pushed together - Couldn't open the window for fresh air, also our AC was turned off and locked from downstairs. We had to go down and ask them to turn it back on - some members of staff were genuinely lovely, however some were very odd and gave us awkward judgy looks instead of conversation. - weird lifesize picture of child in the room that seems to look at you when you're in bed - shower drain still had hair stuck in it, had to clean before using - insanely cold and windy location, far from everything and with little to do other than the cable car (which is savagely overrated). Also the area is notoriously unsafe with constant muggings. - there was nothing to keep food and drink cold, so had to either get takeout or eat out every night - they gave us hair and body wash as hand soap in the room... - breakfast was nice however.

Had a great one night stay. The room was well designed/payed out and very comfortable. The roof terrace was lovely, and the staff were absolutely incredible. They were kind and welcoming, and Paul in particular went above and beyond trying to help find a piece of property I left behind. Incredible service.

A good cheaper option if you’re staying in Canary Wharf. Rooms are TINY and no TV, so it doesn’t feel like a real hotel room. But if this is what you signed up for …… all good.

We had a lovely water view room. Rooms are small and bathrooms smaller, but everything was clean and we made it work. Very affordable for London and the staff was great. I’d stay there again. Transportation was 2 min walking from. The gondola style transport over the river (beautiful and worth it) and within 10 min of 2 light rail stations. Come prepared with an already purchased Oyster card and it will be easy to put money on it for any type of transport without the headache of figuring out one off tickets. Lovely place and beautiful view of the water. Very unique floating hotel.
