Hotel was very nice , the standard of fittings and fixtures was good. The room was always clean, staff nice and polite. Only one think in our room the tv remote control was missing, however staff did everything to get it but eventually remot didnt work with our tv. My overal experience was very positive, if I come to visit my soon noce again I will definetly stay at this hotel.

“James Bond Suite”

We stayed recently in the Presidential Apartment, aka the James Bond Suite. All of the suites are mildly themed, but this one was the winner, as it has a very large balcony with a hot tub. We loved everything about the space -- lots of room, full kitchen, washing machine. Other people have commented on other websites that the hotel is a bit new, and while our room was completely finished, there were a few superficial kinks that hadn't been worked out (doors/windows sticking, the hot tub has to be refilled each day). The fire alarm did go off (and stayed on for a while) one morning, but to a degree that can't be helped. The only things that were less than ideal was that neither of our computers could get a good internet connection, and the connection was strongest near the door (with the bedroom and living room being virtually out of range). Sometimes connection problems happen (esp. with US computers overseas), and the hotel staff was nice about trying to reset the routers. The hotel is also a bit out of central London. It takes about 45 min. and a combination of the train/tube to get back and forth, but if you are looking for a romantic place to hole up for a few days, it was perfect.

“Location not the best but this is a little gem”

This aparthotel is in West Ealing and appears initially to not be in a very good location, but the nearby West Ealing rail station is just 20 mins from London Heathrow or 10 mins to Paddington. Its on a high street with a tiny entrance, not at all complimentary, but once inside the apartments are large, luxurious and well appointed; we even had a large rooftop balcony. Breakfast packs are availableand you could cater quite well for any meal with the aoartment equipment. For the price, its excellent value.
