Room was nice but bed was very hard with pillows rather stiff and not comfortable. Hard to sleep on a slab. Breakfast was overcooked and cold. B/G were excellent. Good customer service in the dining area. She was lovely and helpful. Recommend upgrading mattresses and pillows.

Overall nice hotel. Good location, good eating options, plenty of parking. Lobby was clean. Staff was courteous and quick about checkin and checkout. Room was nice size, clean, king bed was comfortable. A/C and heat was great with wall control unit. Small Kuerig coffee maker in room. A couple of complaints though. When we entered the room, there was only a light switch for the entrance, no switch for the room. So we had to walk into a dark room as it was late to try and locate lights and switches. Bathroom fan was inoperable, in fact we were on the 4th floor and it was windy outside, so the flapper on the broken vent was flapping all night. Had to sleep with bathroom door closed. The bathroom door handle was very loose and almost falling off. The TV was great but the remote wasn’t working quite right. Couldn’t use the guide function or direct tune to the channels so all that worked was the channel up/down and volume. This would be 5 star if they would address the issues with this particular room. It was late annd Inwas too tired to complain so only mentioned these issues at checkout. All other reviews were great which is why I chose to stay here in the first place. Complaints aside, I would recommend it but just inspect the room before unpacking.

Was very impressed with how nice this hotel is. The check in clerk was extremely friendly and courteous. Loved how spotlessly clean the building, and our room was. The bed was comfortable and room very nice. Couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay!

The staff and management were extremely nice. I asked for a few extra towels, my family visited for the afternoon, and I received them without any questions. My son's family is young, and we took advantage of the indoor pool. They had a marvelous experience, and we were the only ones in the pool. No inconvenience for the other guests. Thanks for an really nice weekend.

Overall the property was clean and we felt safe on our way back to Texas we decided to book last minute as we were concerned about being in a small town. Our issue was with the lady that was filling up the breakfast in the morning today Monday 9-4. We showed up alittle after 6am first she was so rude and did not acknowledge us when we arrived at least a hi or good morning but we witnessed her acknowledge everyone else who came in not sure if she was being selective or racially bias except we felt scolded when opening cinnamon rolls that was still covered. When she said I just opend that. Then it seemed like everything we touched she made it a point to go behind us and either push the serving utensils it just felt like a bother not the kind of experience I would expect from a small town definitely not that small town attitude that we are used to seeing.
