Good location but poor standard of accommodation
The location of this apartment was great with good access to local transport and within walking distance of the old town. However the apartment itself is in desperate need of an upgrade. The bathroom was quite unpleasant with mould all round the bath and extending to the area around the sink. The towels provided were grey and thin and in my opinion need throwing away. A dirty towel had been left in the cupboard under the sink and I feel the whole place needs a deep clean. The bed was OK but pushed up against a wall with no room to move it due to a fixed shelf on the other side so making it difficult to get out on one side. The kitchen was clean but very dated and I feel a programme of maintenance is needed for example the wardrobe door was only held on with 2 hinges and in danger of falling off. In it's current condition I would not recommend this apartment.

Apartment for three days and nights. Convenient.
The location was very good. The apartment very well insulated. The kitchen with all the necessary tools although some glasses were dirty. The bed comfortable. the TV, programs and wifi very good. It was a little difficult to use the kiosk at the entrance and nobody told us that the front door code was the same as the room code. We tried the first given code for the front door and it did not work. So we have to contact the staff by message and ask what was going on. Nobody cleaned the room on Saturday although we had plenty of towels for that day some water with gas and still water were brought on the first day, which was very good. The worst thing that the apartment had was the "ants". They appear on the dining table, kitchen and bathroom. the floor not too clean and neither the bathroom. Overall OK. the check in should be improved because it makes the arrival uncomfortable and unsure.

Hello Lisbon Marques de Pombal - Honest Review
Had to use intercom upon initial visit to be granted access to the automated check-in machine. Had to pay 1 euro person per night first by credit card. The machine issued an access code to have access to the front automated sliding doors and for suite doors. Arrived early due to flight. The service rep told us to wait in the lobby (or leave items/luggage in locked storage compartments. We were granted earlier check in but not sure if we will be charged for it. The code issued failed and thus had to inquire for a new code to be issued. Upon the last night staying there was extensive renovations in the floors above. Jackhammering and loud conversations in the floors above. Went downstairs and tried to connect to the service attendant numerous times but failed. Finally, got connected and was informed that they 'have the right' to continue renovations up and including 10:00pm as it is permitted by city by-law. Not too pleased as we had an very early flight in the morning. Very nerve wrecking at times just thinking about it. Service attendant was not pleasant to deal with on the last night. Quite condescending and rude. Anna, the service attendant is quite pleasant to speak to as she did get us into our room earlier. Love the housekeeping person (contracted out to third party) as she provided much needed toileries and towels. Would possibly consider coming back to this property in future...may not. Central location near Marques de Pombal Metro station.

Good place to stay
Good location, 2 free bottle of water, available kitchen rolls and dishwasher tablets. Great free speedy wi-fi broadband and cable TV. Silent air-conditioned. Hot water in the shower took ages to flow. If the pillow cases had been changed from previous guests or on the day we reported it I would have given better scores.

Excellent place for a weekend escape!
The apartment was quite comfortable and had a lovely terrace. The area is really good (there is a mini-market, and a lovely restaurant called Olla two blocks away) though be ready to walk up/down hill (as everywhere in Lisbon). All the facilities worked fine, and they have a 24 hour help line in case you have any issues. The apartment is great for a couple, or family with toddlers, and very safe.

Apartment has seen better days
While well located for tourist activity, the apartment had too many negative aspects e.g. lumpy bed; leather faced sofa bed (horrible); no duvet cover supplied for sofa bed;, dangerous slippy rug (we had to remove and put in lobby); broken shelf in bathroom; toe stumping door stop in bathroom; welcome fruit basket containing old fruit including a rotten apple. Positives - big kitchen well stocked with equipment.

Passcode key building, was safe and efficient. In the center of city, very close and conveniently​ located. Supermarket and lovely bakery one block away. Rooms were well kept and spacious

Nice hotel if only hot water worked
Overall happy with my stay except for the lack of hot water. It took 5 minutes for the shower to get warm and within 3 minutes it would be frigid again. This ruined what would have been a great stay.

2 day stay in Lisbon
Found the online staff brilliant. Any queries were dealt with efficiently and with courtesy. Room clean and facilities good. Was family trip as had 2 rooms and no complaints from any of us. Good place to stay in Lisbon. Supermarket close by and loads of restaurants within short distance walk to harbour. A map listing directions to walk to these would be a good idea as we arrived at night.

excellent location, close to tube station close to the city centre. though the apartment is close to a major city junction there was not much of a road noise in the night. clean tidy room, towels everyday, wifi etc.... apartment is compact but adequate. the only issue is that the apartment is not sound proofed and if your neighbour decides to play TV in full volume, you get to hear it as well....

Great self service stay
Very good, easy stay. Self service apartment which was great. Only issue was there was no one to talk to about changing the method of payment so it went on my card instead of the cash I wanted to pay with. Otherwise it was a great stay.

new, clean, and bang in the city centre
a great new apartment idea - we (couple with teenage son) had a great stay. Within easy walk of Lisbon city centre and close to many fabulous sights. We enjoyed the walk down the Avenida and took the Metro back up (we loved the cleanliness and spaciousness of the Metro too).

best aparthotel ever
We liked this place very much particularly the welcoming fruit basket and bottles of water which provided a nice homely feeling. I would definitely stay again on my next trip to Lisbon.

Good Value, Great Location
The little extra hallway noise from people coming in and out at the ends of the day is more than made up for by the convenient location and comfortable amenities of these short-term apartments. Not quite as attractive as the photos make them out to be, but not bad at all. No view to speak of, but you're not in Lisbon for the view from your hotel. You're there for the many interesting things to do. Doing them is easy from here. Just off Marques de Pombal and access to bus service and the blue and yellow metro lines, with an excellent local restaurant across the street, a park with another great restaurant to your north, and the wonderful walk to the ocean on the Avenida de Liberdade to your south, you should be very happy. Comfortable bed, free internet, satellite TV, full kitchen (though no oven), washing machine, and plenty of closet and cupboard space. Two caveats: if you bring a third person, be prepared that the separation between sleeping and living areas is not solid walls and doors; and bring a bowl sanitizer, just in case they haven't installed one - the standing water in the toilet can be just a tad dicey. I never heard the neighbors until they left their rooms, so unless you need the quiet of a coffin around the clock, or absolute luxury appointments, this is an excellent value for the money. Enjoy!

Am Automat einchecken, Wohnung nicht sauber, Küche ist ok, erst mal Klopapier und Duschgel kaufen gegangen. Das Kontinentale Frühstück bestand aus einer Pappschachtel mit zwei kleinen Brötchen, ein bisschen Marmelade und ein kleines Fläschchen Milch und O-Saft, das um sieben vor die Tür gestellt wurde. Sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig.

Muito boa a experiência em ficar num local com autonomia total no entanto a limpeza deixava a desejar ! A camareira nunca varria o chão ! O que poderiam fazer seria pelo menos deixar uma vassoura para que pudéssemos limpar . Foi somente este ponto, os demais estávamos em um apartamento aconchegante e bem equipado!

Localização muito boa, perto de metrô, na rua do apartamento possui um restaurante. Indico para quem gosta de bairros mais tranquilos para se hospedar. Na praça marquês de pombal tem as paradas do onibus Hop-on/Hop-off. O local deixa muito a desejar na limpeza, serviço de quarto nota zero! Quanto ao atendimento, nada do que eu pedi foi solicitado. Sê você irá passar muitos dias, não recomendo.

全体的な評価はまずまず。設備はよかった。立地も駅から近くて便利。キオスクでのチェックインは初めてで、少し不安があったが、英語が少し分かればそれほど難しく無い。鍵では無くコードで部屋に入れるのは鍵をなくす心配も無く便利だと感じた。 洗濯機・乾燥機は部屋に無いが、一階のキオスク奥にあり無料で利用可能なのは良かった。ただ、乾燥機の効きがあまり良くなかった。 毎日のハウスキーピングのサービスに関して、バスルームの清掃が毎日されていなかったのが残念でした。

Situacion en general mediocre
La limpieza no es a destacar.Por ejemplo las toallas si las retiraran no harian ningun extraordinario ya que estaban oscurecidas de la cantidad de usos que se las ha dado.La llegada no es nada comoda porque tu relacion es con un cajero.Por otra parte a mi me dijeron que el parking era de pago (12 euŕos) y al final resulta que nunca tienen plazas libres.De pena.

Leiligheten hadde 4 stjerner på bestillingssiden, men levde bare opp til tre stjerner. Her sto det beskrevet vaskemaskin. Den manglet. Når du har mulighet for å vaske klær så pakker du kofferten deretter. Badet var ikke rengjort ved ankomst. spisebord hadde gamle brødsmulerunder glassplaten og var skittent. Defekt kjøleskap som ble skiftet samme dag. Manglende utstyr på kjøkkenet. (3 drikkeglass og et vinglass) Stor flott solrik takterrasse, men manglende utstyr. kun tre stoler på terrassen. Ikke seng bord eller parasoll.Her fant du askebeger med sigarettsneiper, som ikke ble ryddet på den uken vi bodde der. Plasseringen er sentralt i rolig sidegate, med matbutikker og restauranter i nærheten. Du måtte logge deg inn på en automat som ikke var helt selvforklarende, noe som ble frustrerende når du hadde lyst til å komme deg opp på rommet.

Não indico, recepção virtual é horrível, só um quiosque eletrônico p check-in, complicado para resolver questões como a limpeza ,que foi péssima, ficamos as 9 noites implorando sabonetes, shampoos, toalhas limpas, conserto do secador que nunca aconteceu!! Oferecem estacionamento mas não tem vaga e você paga caro p estacionar na ruas de Lisboa. Não dão tolerância de check-out, comum como cortesia , porta-malas pequeno e bloqueiam sua senha de entrada após o horário limite. Custo caro para benefícios parcos. .

Fiquei em dois ap diferentes no hotel, fiz duas reservas seguidas e eles foram muito atenciosos conseguindo me deixar no mesmo ap, porém por problemas no aquecedor da água e do forno no primeiro ap tive que mudar. O hotel fica numa localização ótima. O prédio funciona como um self service, vc chega coloca uma senha que te enviam por e-mail na porta principal pra entrar só libera após as 15h, após faz o seu próprio check-in num computador na sala principal que vc passa o scanner nos passaportes e paga as taxas que faltam. Tive q fazer duas vezes a primeira foi demorada mais deu certo a segunda a máquina trancou e demorou mais de meia hora pro atendente online resolver. Ótimo se funcionasse bem. O problema maior no prédio é a manutenção e a limpeza que deixa muito a desejar, também a falta de informações dos aparelhos do prédio e dos apartamentos que não tem nenhuma informação de como usar e vc não tem ninguém pra pedir ajuda a não ser por telefone ou pra moça da limpeza se vc der sorte de encontrar (que por sinal é muito prestativa). Um detalhe a máquina de lavar e secar não fica no ap, eles disponibilizam produtos para lavar louça e roupa, os ap são bem equipados o problema é que tem muita louça quebrada que não repõem até uma mesa quebrada tinha em um dos apartamentos que estava bem perigoso, eles são escuros, as camas são ótimas, a roupa de cama e banho parecem sujas pois são velhas e amareladas. Acho que são detalhes que atrapalham muito e que são fáceis de resolver.

L'arrivée: aucune explication pour rentrer car fallait un code qui nous a jamais été communiqué L appart: étroit,absence de lumière pièce de vie,la robinetterie de la douche défectueuse tenant avec une ficelle,les WC qui goutte,..horrible Absence de stores donc soit on vit dans l obscurité soit les piétons et ou voisins nous observent. Malgré les réclamations faites au service de l' hôtel,aucune réaction de leur part même pas ils sont venus à notre encontre car pas de réception mais une machine connecté à Skype Le seul point positif c'est Sonia la femme de entretien aimable et souriante

El apartamento cómodo y bien comunicado. Lástima que el último día tuvimos que convivir con unos vecinos ruidosos e irrespetuosos que nos despertaron a las 6 de la mañana (estuvieron hasta las 8.45 que se fueron) con sus ruidos, gritos, carreras por la habitación, golpes. A pesar de que nos quejamos, al no haber recepción ni personal no respondieron hasta las 13 horas con lo que ya habíamos perdido horas de sueño. Una lástima que no haya una normativa de civismo con unos horarios y regimen sancionador claros para este tipo de situaciones.
