Very dissapointed, feont desk manager rude, 3 pieces of cashmere pullovers destroyed by their dry cleaners, car wash came back with bird poop on the ferrari, overall a bad experience and then an overcharge on top of it

Beautiful Hotel! Its a great experience if you stay in one of the renovated rooms. The old rooms are brown and stuffy and dont feel like a four seasons. I had to ask them to change my room which they did and that made the stay much better.

Service is great. Property is old. I stay at a lot of four seasons around the world and this is probably the one in the worst shape.

Location of hotel is quiet but convenient. Feel safe around the hotel area. Outdoor bar and restaurant is perfect for pre summer season. Beautiful hotel with nice decor. Staff are friendly as well
Room is big n view is nice. Food menu can be more extensive. Housekeeping has rooms for improvement. Sometimes they took away your cups, sometimes they give you extra tumbler. Anyway it's quite random about the things they provide you. Not everyday they will replenish. Howver when you call them and request for it, they will give it to you
We had an amazing 4 night stay! The gym facilities on the top floor and the indoor pool and spa area were top notch. I would return just for those reasons. The rooms have a traditional style but are super clean and well maintained. The bed is fluffy like a cloud. Great service too.
It’s a Beautiful property, however it’s still under going construction which is needed to restore it fully. I would Definitely recommend The Four Season Ritz. As the staff and food is Exceptional. We would stay at this property again.

extremely friendly, helpful and caring staff. the property may seem old but well maintained and has good character. there is renovation in progress during my stay so has some noise during day time.

The room was well appointed and the bed and pillows super comfortable as per Four Seasons standards. The concierge desk was extremely helpful and practical with great restaurant recommendations (and reservations).
The Breakfast was enormous and expensive and frankly probably much more than one would want. We found countless cafes which also served a croissant or light snack very reasonably. Lisbon is largely cobbled with many hills and the pavements/ are rather uneven so good shoes/ trainers makes walking around a lot more comfortable. The underground whilst not extensive works well and is simple to navigate. The trams are quaint but very slow. Generally taxis were inexpensive – nothing like London prices!
The only disappointment was the lack of anywhere to lie out in the sun. This is being addressed but the work will not finish for at least another year.
