산타 아폴로니아 역과 건물 자체가 같아서 포르투 가는 열차 이용할때 편리했고, 관광 지구와도 멀지 않아서 좋았다. 작은 문제가 있었으나 빠른 대처와 스위트룸으로 업그레이드 시켜주어서 편히 숙박했다.

loved the aesthetic of the Editory, spacious room (wouldn’t expect this at European hotels), great amenities and more importantly - they have bidet in the bathroom!

Loved the historic property. We had an amazing view of the river and the high ceilings throughout the hotel. Breakfast was delicious. All the staff members were friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend!

Good location. Updated hotel with high ceilings and comfortable beds. Our room overlooked the train station but we weren’t bothered by noise. Had a minor issue with a plugged sink that was fixed promptly. Would stay here again.

The hotel was great, the staff were helpfuk with recommendations and it was only a 20 minute walk to the centre or a few minutes on a Lime scooter from the drop off point out the front of the hotel.

Beautiful building, the restaurant and bar when 5* plus -the room was fab... the only niggle was the coffee , milk and teas in the room were not replenished every day and they werent 5 * quality there wasnt much room for clothes... otherwise it was great -the front desk were always helpfull ...

Nice modern rooms but on the smaller side. This is above a train station so if your on the side of the station with a window you can hear announcements and feel the train entering the station. The train ans announcement did stop at night and I was up by 6 anyway so it was workable but if you’re a late riser… If your on the other end of the station some guest said they didnt hear a thing.

The Editory Hotel in Lisbon was so beautiful. It had old school charm, while maintaining a clean and sleek environment. I would highly recommend on of the balcony rooms, and also using this hotel if you are going on a cruise as the location is great

Hotel is above the train station which is convenient for anyone making connections on those lines - ie Porto and 17 mins from airport (on Sunday morning). The location is convenient to Alfama, the Military Museum and lots of restaurants and Fado establishments. Hotel rooms are European cosy!! Staff was helpful with bags and the breakfast Buffett is solid.

Beautiful hotel!
We had an excellent stay at the Editory Riverside hotel. All staff were very professional and friendly, the hotel was so clean and comfortable. Our room was really modern and cosy, the beds were comfortable and it had a great shower. We appreciated our room being cleaned each day and that we were kept topped up with water & tea/coffee! It was also really quiet at night which was a great bonus. Would 100% come back!

Bright and Clean 5 Star Hotel!
This hotel is great! The staff were friendly and attentive, and the cleanliness of the hotel was brilliant. Our room was cleaned everyday and we received fresh bottled water every day as well. It is overall very good value for money and in exceptionally close proximity to the Santa Apolónia train station. We also had breakfast on each day of our stay. The selection at breakfast was decent. The sound of the trains is noticeable at night but that is to be expected when booking a hotel attached to a station. It was not a problem for us at all.

Interesting hotel - friendly staff
Interesting hotel, good location and staff are super friendly. Limited choice in the restaurant for dinner and the burger I chose was greasy, making the bun mushy and inedible.

This was a great hotel. I was afraid it would be loud due to it being on top of a train station but it wasn't. Beautifully redone.

It is a good property. Rooms are nice. Staff are nice. But service is not that great. Room lacks amenities like hair drier, slippers, lotion, cream for coffee. They do bring it right away when called. Overall, good, but not excellent.

Very neat hotel with classic 19th century touch. Right by the train station, metro and bus stop and across from cruise ship terminal. Very friendly staffs willing to answer and help the guests. Highly recommended.

Unfortunately the rooms are misdescribed in m2 - our Double riverview was around 16m2 (max) yet sold as 21m2. Ie very small. Sinks did not drain properly, no bathrobes or slippers as advertised, free mini bar has bottles but no bottle opener! No hand soap in toilet. Toilet paper not replenished. Room smelt like drains. Wardrobe is actually a curtain on a frame Hotel is very convenient but no 5*. Closer to 3* but brought up by public areas which were nice. Nice old building but very overpriced for the size, quality and standard. Breakfast was excellent and staff were nice. If it were cheaper and more honestly described it would be a decent place to stay as right over the train and metro. We felt disappointed as we moved from a different hotel that was cheaper but far nicer to this for our last two nights as a treat. It was just not as nice as the advertising and clever room photography.
