If you want a view this is not the place. Also the cars are not allowed on the street of the entrance. If you have a little luggage it’s fine. It’s a great location, helpful and friendly staff and very clean. They need to change the selection of breakfast at least every 3 days. The selection is sufficient but 7 days of the same things is not good.

Excellent breakfast. Conveniently located to many places. Homeless people on the street made it feel a little unsafe but not under the hotel’s control. Some parts of the room were not clean. Very small room.

Extremely clean with a very friendly staff, especially the lady who first greeted us. Rooms are a bit smaller than expected but comfortable (great AC) and location is very central. A little pricey for the size but would happily stay again. Very close to grocery stores and the train station. Only downside was a few homeless people camped out across the street from the 'ally; entrance, but no fault of the hotel.

The standard room is quite small but adequate for short stays. Clean with a comfy bed, mini fridge, coffee machine, TV, good shower room. Very well situated in the centre of Lisbon so easy to either walk or take transport to all surrounding areas. Restaurants close by, 10 minute walk to the seafront. Only slight downside to the room was no wardrobe or drawers for clothes, just two sort bars with hangars. Great cafe for breakfast.
