Place was very nice Rooms were clean. Good food on property. Sad thing was the their HUGE outdoor pool (100 meters) was not filled with water. And checkin time took some time as there was one service servicing our group. Would recommended this place to friends. Right next to beach!

All the rooms faced the Atlantic and the waves were fantastic! The breakfast was amazing, the rooms were clean and the service was unparalleled! The woman at the front desk was helpful, giving insights for our stay. Even when she saw us in the hallway, she would stop and talk to make sure our stay was pleasant. We will definitely come here again—highly recommend!

Beautiful location with constant Roar of Waves
Just completed a 5 night stay … very central to Cascais & Sintra but most importantly on the ocean. Tremendous service from the moment we entered to the end of our visit. Breakfast buffet the best ever. Very comfortable room with balcony overlooking the large waves … constant roar of the ocean … simply amazing!

The pool was closed for the season, but it looked in need of repair. Otherwise everything was in good shape. The room was comfortable, the view was amazing, and every staff person we met was friendly, helpful, and very good at their jobs.

We stayed at 5 different hotels in Portugal on this trip. This was by far the best - awesone facility, large rooms, gorgeous view of the ocean and the friendliest staff who went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. They even packed each of us breakfast since we had to leave early in the morning to catch a flight. Five stars all around!

This hotel has beautiful ocean views and close to several beaches that I plan to visit. The drive to Sintra wasn't so bad either. It has a pretty good restaurant with excellent service, and we had dinner there for two nights. Its breakfast was excellent.

There was no explanation about how to use the air conditioning in the room. There was a lockout that we didn't know about. No one told us about the time for the breakfast buffet. Only found out when i went back to reception to ask. Glad i did because the breakfast was great.

Everything was great except checkin. It took over 30 min. to check in due to staff being inefficient & frazzled with our reservation for 2 couples. The hotel is beautiful as are the views and rooms. Lunch & breakfast were good.

Overall, the Arribas Sintra Hotel was very nice. The location was central to our excursions and worked out well. The onsite guest "parking" was very difficult to navigate. So, we parked outside the hotel grounds. The Front Staff clerk "Beu" or Just "B" was awesome!! She assisted us in printing our train tickets. Very patient and kind.

Staff was not too friendly. The view was ok but not exactly as pictured online. Breakfast was included and that is a plus since there were not too many other places to eat in the area. Restaurant served dinner but it was a bit pricey. Internet didn’t work at first, after a new router was added, it worked but was very spotty. No shampoo or conditioner. Our bedroom had one double and 2 twin beds even though it was just 2 of us, seemed unusual to us. I will not go back to this hotel.

As for the internet, we are very sorry we did not provide this service the best way possible, and that it was not to your liking.By virtue of being a eco-friendly hotel, we always try to keep our actions sustainable. Therefore, both Sampoo and Body Wash are conjoined in a botle placed in the bathroom for our guests to use.Regarding the room that you booked, we would like to inform that it is a Family Suite, which has 2 rooms and 1 bathroom. Both pictures and description of this room are available online.Plase note that the hotel staff is always available to provide all the help necessary to make your stay unforgetable. Therefore, you are always welcome to let us know how your stay is going, while you are in the hotel. This also helps us recognize the issues around us. Every room has a view of the ocean and you can hear the roaring waves. The 50m pool is a short walk from the hotel. Brilliant location for a bus or toy tram to Sintra.

The best place to stay near Sintra.
Beatiful views of the sea from the balcony, great (really great) pool, tasty food in the restaurant (and very funny waiters there too).
