Great airport access (via bridge or across the street). Excellent meals at the restaurant. Great service at the spa. Comfortable rooms though somewhat loud due to the busyness of the airport parking lot during the day and early evening. Would stay again

A decent hotel. Like most airport hotels though, the staff probably have to deal with too many tired grumpy travellers, and have a disposition to be the same…

I just choose this hotel because the convenience for my connecting flights. My experience with the hotel has not been the greatest, in one occasion we stayed at the hotel, the next morning by 7 am I was about to take a shower while my wife was still sleeping. I noticed a leakage of water through the light bulb, I call the operator who then call the maintenance crew. A few minutes later they showed up, my wife was still in bed; they were able to fix the leakage; however, we could not go back to sleep. When checking out I mentioned the inconvenience but they did not recognize that if anything like that would happen in any hotel in USA, including their brand, I would be getting a refund or a discount for the inconvenience. Like I said I just stayed there during my travels because the convenience, for the amount of money I paid for staying one night I can easily get a nicer hotel in lima.

Incredibly close to the airport - about 2 mins walk from baggage claim. This made travel days super easy. The hotel is nice & clean with good food & drink options on the ground floor. This made for a convenient first night in Lima. The only complaint was that we left an item in the room & the staff was not very helpful in retrieving the item (we never were able to get it back). But that seems to be an issue with their systems, and quite specific to an event. Without that, we wouldn't have had any complaints.

The shower was broken, the shower head was un-usable. The tub stopper didn’t work. The hot water went from cold to warm. When my travel agency book the room it was really nice. When I went through Expedia they gave me a dump.

Great hotel across from the airport (take the second floor skybridge to access the hotel so you don't run into the hoards of people that want to walk you across the street for money). Beds were comfortable and clean. Breakfast was great. Definitely recommend.

My Expedia reservation did not reflect their system. check in process took so long after long flight. my room had two conditioner instead of one shampoo and one conditioner, though the big bottles was attached to the bath room only good point is very convenient location

The close proximity with the airport is the only advantage of this hotel. I did not receive any VIP perks and the cost did not reflect a nice room or breakfast. Again, only because it is at the airport is convinient and worth the cost.

Very convenient, I enjoyed a nice massage after a long trip and didn't have to worry about being at the airport on time, plus since my flight was re-scheduled I came back for a nice Pisco sour instead of sitting at the airport.
