Room was compact but clean. Biggest bug bear was the mattress was very hard and, together with only one unsupportive pillow, did not sleep well. There was also an add lingering smell, like someone who smoked was in the room previously. Shower room was clean but part of the shower pipe cover was missing

The bed was not comfortable at all. The room temperature wasn’t controllable either. It was too hot and we had to open the window and turn the heating off. The room was clean but rest of the hotel stank. The reception girl was so helpful which is why the rating ain’t worse. Tram near by so cheap to get to Lille centre :)

BUDGET
Hotel is called Ibis Budget for a reason! Hotel is as basic as it comes. States that the room sleeps 3 people but in reality 3 people is too much. Room is extremely cramped. Located on an industrial estate so not much about. No wifi, no breakfast provided. Luckily there was a hotel just over the road that was very accommodating.

We had booked this hotel as a stop over on our way to Germany after picking up car hire in Calais. It is definitely bargain basement. When checking in, we literally got grunted at, our key passed to us and (when asked) told restaurant facilities were only in the hotel around the corner. A very dark and grungy feel. The paint was hanging off the walls in the corridor. The room was basic but clean, at least. We had to switch the water supply off to the toilet after every time it was used, as it leaked into the pan and was therefore constantly filling. It wasn't the easiest place to find. We had another booking for on our way to drop the car off, but decided to re-book elsewhere, despite the room being non-refundable...

The hotel was on a dirty industrial estate with no local shops and the room was small and the bathroom was dirty and had beard hair around the sink.

almost not even a youth hostel class
Unfortunately this hotel is in the lowest class you can get. Although the prices are quite low it still is not worth this price.We had there a few guests for an exhibition all of them were not satisfied.

TERRIBLE smell of stale smoke throughout the hotel once passed reception.room was very small all very cramped. shower was cold toilet cistern was running all through the night.Breakfast was very poor-not much left in the last hour.

Price wise it is good, however the location is a nightmare to find, especially if you are unfamiliar with french roads. This could have been solved simply by putting up sign boards directing to the hotel. The receptionist was very helpful which was a plus. However on entering one of the rooms, we found a spider.

The hotel is a little out of the way and is really quite dated. The bedroom was fairly clean but not great. However, for the price it was about what was expected.

A handy place to stop in a quiet location for an overnight stop. Free parking. Basic room, but that is what we expected for the price.

Cost effective, no frills, basic accommodation
Cost effective but basic, located in an industrial / office area. Staff were very efficient, friendly and helpful. Room was small, but bed was very comfy (for me), good shower and basin; all clean. Free Wi-Fi was reasonable speed. Bit tricky to find – but maybe my Sat-Nav! Continental breakfast buffet also good value for money. Would certainly use again, no frills, basic accommodation.

Ce qui était réellement agréable c'est que le personnel étaient très aimable et serviable. Les lieu de proximité avec ma formation également. Point négatif: la propreté des sols. Ascenseur qui collait, avec une chaussette abandonnée, sol de la chambre avec des miettes. Mais l'ensemble restait correct.
