Beautiful Resort
The Resort was beautiful with great amenities. Extremely friendly staff. Beautiful sunrise from the resort. The pools and got tubs are refreshing. Conveniently located. The unit was a bit dated including the mattress. Cleaning for did not include trash removal.

Great Location!
The room was clean and comfortable. The resort at which this is located is absolutely beautiful! Multiple pools, two restaurants, a beach bar for drinks and snacks and a beautiful beach. The room has a coffee maker and a refrigerator, and there is a microwave oven & common area just down the hall. Some people may find this a little basic, but if you are out enjoy the island all day, like we did, then it’s a non issue. We found this location close to almost every activity that we participated. River tubing, kayaking, hiking and a top notch Luau are all within five miles. Would definitely go back again.

Kaua’i is a MUST!
The location and cleanliness were top rate. We were surprised by the $35/day parking fee and the in room supplies were a bare minimum. However, we loved the oceanfront location!

Kauai beach resort
The resort was very nice and well kept. The unit was very dated and in need of updating. The refrigerator door handle was missing. The walls were in need of painting. Limited towels in the bathroom. The bed pillows were very small, miniature size.

Perfect location

Could use a few easy amenities addrd
Extra pillows, an extra blanket, a few more towels, etc would have improved the stay to a 5 star. The addition of a microwave and some simple dishes and silverware would have made it easier to eat in. The handle on the fridge fell off in our hand and should be fixed or eliminated. Otherwise, the resort is very nice, however a few rough edges such as old worn stained lounge chairs that should be an easy inexpensive fix. Resort food was good enough but over-priced. Good location for exploring the island.

For our short stay, this place was perfect. We had the best of both worlds, staying here on our own but with access to the resort amenities. The room is as pictured and is a close drive to the things you need. I’d recommend for a convenient stay for anyone visiting the island.

The room is ok, nothing special. Location of the resort is nice. The worst part of our stay was the parking additional charge. It is not clear in the description of the room that guests need to pay additional $35 per day for parking, for me it was a unpleasant surprise.

Amazing place
We went to Kauai to celebrate our 25th Anniversary and this resort stay did not disappoint. We loved the location, the view from the balcony, the resort amenities from the pool, hot tub area to sunrise on the beach to the Starbucks in the gift shop. It was close to everything and less than 10 minutes from the airport. Highly recommend.

Beautiful property, great location
Excellent facility, the room was great, the bed was comfortable, the view from the balcony was great, the pool was amazing. The only negative was that we had to take out our trash when checking out, that was a little strange, but did not detract from the overall experience.

Room needs a little upkeep.
The drawers in the bathroom would come off-track whenever opening and furniture was a bit beat up. Only one day’s coffee serving for a multi-day stay. Might be nice to have some silverware and cups in room. The resort was beautiful and location was great. Very close to airport!

Great Location & Cool Resort
We had a cozy stay in a comfortable room! The 5th floor room had a king bed, chaise lounge chair, large TV, dresser, 2 side tables, 2 chairs and a desk-type table, great working fridge with freezer (microwave down the hall), and small corner patio with 2 chairs & side table. The view is of the mountains and overlooks the adjoining condos, pond & front check-in area. 4 pool towels, 3 bath towels, & some smaller hand towels in the bathroom. Room location is nice because it is at the end of the hall. It's also in the building just above the reception, so furthest building from the ocean, but it's a super short walk! No ice machine on the 5th floor and water machine was having problems. We went to walmart to stock up on essentials on day 1. A/C blows cold, but is very finicky. You have to make sure it turns on when set and it didn't always hold the temp it was set to. The resort is nice with space for all of the guest to spread out and easy beach access. Super amazing central island location that's so close to everything you need. For the price you cannot beat this resort stay! Would highly recommend!!

Lovely resort
It is a beautiful resort. Room was clean and comfortable with a nice sized refrigerator. Only negative was the signs in the room that you have to dispose of all your garbage behind the resort where it smells really bad.

Was extremely short distance from the airport, which meant we could stay by the pool longer on our last day! The room has a nice balcony view for enjoying the sunrise, the room was clean and well kept! The resort had several pool and dining options which made for a relaxing time after long days of exploring kuai! Just note the parking fee of 35/day if renting a car!! Overall a beautiful place in a great location!

Excellent property and accommodations
We loved the location. If you’re like us and chase the weather, this property is for you! It was about an hour drive to the north shore and 40 min to the south shore. The resort is beautiful. We’re not typically resort stayers, but this unit was pretty perfect for us. Large refrigerator to store our beach picnic foods, microwave down the hall, and even provides some disposable utensils for guests. The room was plenty big for 2 of us. Anytime I emailed Lilly with a question, she would reply back quickly. This property is definitely going on our favorites for future stays.

STUNNING resort and wonderful host but…
The pictures for this resort do not do it justice! It is breathtaking and SO nice. The pools are awesome, the welcome staff was so kind etc. nothing but good things to say about the resort! We had an issue with the AC during our stay, but Lily was very accommodating and communicated with us constantly about it which we really really appreciated as well! She is a wonderful host! Only complaints were the room is definitely run down and it was not as clean as we would like. Maybe we just caught it on a bad week though! Would still highly recommend. Good resort as described
Nice resort with a great pool Room is as described, nothing fancy. Hotel ammenities are included but we felt as though they do treat you differently for being a private guest instead of a ‘hotel guest’ Check in time is very strict 3pm, not even allowed to check in 4 minutes early, was made to re-line up which seems pedantic Room has everything you need, however towels are not refreshed during your stay. Could have done with some cutlery and would have been nice to have a kettle instead of a coffee filter pot with only one filter Parking at the hotel is ridiculously expensive, and the location is not close to anything so you need to have a car. The room was a little noisy from air con machines and vents outside, and they were also doing roof maintenance during our stay.

Love this spot!!
Had an amazing experience at the Kauai Beach Resort. It is in a perfect location to get to other areas of the island, the pool area is amazing, live music each day, fun restaurants, and more! Leaving was very hard and we cannot wait to return one day soon!

Nice unit with awesome view!
The property is nice, 1 bedroom with a community room on the same floor. The room has a good size with 1 king bed and 1 long couch. We used the resort facility eg. swimming pool, hot tub and restaurants. The location is on the beach, closed to the airport and Lihue. Lily is a great host with easily access by texts. The parking fee will be $35/day starting Jan 2023.

Our Kaua'i vacation recommended stay
This resort has luxurious feel that is very affordable. The dining options are spendy, but the unit had a decent size mini fridge; the veggie burger was one of the best I have ever had. My wife and I did feel that the bed was comfortable. It's centrally located, close to the airport, and has an on site Hertz car rental that was a bargain compared to the airport rates. The store/café also serves Starbucks, which is great! However, its not perfect: one of the two hot water pools was out of service during our stay and the laundry machine card payment system was down. The parking fee is also too expensive. However, all of the things we did like outweighed the negatives and we give this listing a 5/5.

Only view was car park and roof. Noisy, no service to room, not enough amenities for the duration of stay (eg. coffee). Resort itself is wonderful… just a shame this room didn’t match. Resort does not offer service to privately owned rooms. Recommend that bookings be made directly with the resort (Kauai Beach Resort) to receive full service at same price.

Beautiful Place
You are essentially living in a room that is part of a beach-side resort with free access to all their amenities (no room service though). We stayed here for 8 days and loved every day of it. You could walk over to the beach or enjoy the resort pools/hot tubs. You are 8 minutes drive from the airport. The place has a small balcony but no ocean view (not that this is listed as such) As other people have mentioned parking is paid but this is pretty common in Hawaii but Parking is mentioned in Amenities and I didn't look at the details stating that it is paid. The toilet flush button was broken which made us fiddle with it otherwise it wouldn't stop leaking water. Also, +1 on the request for a larger fridge since the tiny fridge isn't good for long stays. Overall a great deal on the place with access to beach and plenty to do nearby.

Beautiful place but expensive
This place was beautiful, the resort is so pretty, clean and provides many amenities. The pools were beautiful and the short walk to the ocean was wonderful. The room had a beautiful view, felt safe, and was very clean. Additionally, the quick drive from the airport was so nice. There was one misleading factor, as it is noted that there are grills available but they are not connected to this resort but rather the resort next door. The fridge was extremely small (couldn't fit much food), and would freeze any items close to the freezer. There were no silverware or dishes (other than the cups for coffee), not even salt or pepper. The kitchenette down the hall had one table and a microwave, that's it. This forces guests to have to pay for meals through either the restaurants or order-in, which can really add up. Would definitely be preferable to have some dishes, silverware and a larger fridge to accommodate guests who would prefer to get groceries.

Perfect!
Perfect for our quick weekend escape! Check-in was easy, room was clean, bedding was great. Limited in room amenities, but everything we needed. Not really clear on the description, but “studio” = hotel room. Access to all the amenities on the resort property! The only downside is parking is $24 per day. The lot is limited & they instructed us to drive over to a dirt lot without lighting. For $24/day, there should be suitable parking. (But that is no fault if the owners - just be advised.)

L'hotel est super mais nous avons réservé la chambre pour 3 adultes, hors nous n'avions qu'un lit king size, donc nous avons du dormir a 3 dans un meme lit ... Ne convient pas pour 3 adultes
