The 2nd floor, where we stayed, is still being renovated, but our room was fine. The lady at the front desk in the evenings was super nice. I asked for towels, but they were still in the dryer. I didn’t need them immediately, and said I would come back the next day. 20 minutes later she brought warm towels up to our room 😊. I would definitely stay here again.

You could tell updates had been made since I stayed there over a year ago. Parking lot is small since some trucks have small trailers attached and they take up 3-4 parking spots. I think curtains need to be able to be pulled all the way across the window so the light in the parking lot can be blocked so you can sleep. We would definitely stay there again 😊

The walls had lights hanging down by wires, and the doors were taped and tarped to be painted, but i didnt see anyone paint at all. Breakfast was okay except you had to wait 30 minutes to sit down since there were so many people with only a few tables. Pool was overcrowded and dirty with no towels. The bed frames of the beds were sketchy, practically had to lay in the middle of the bed or the whole thing would tip over. Stayed two nights and house keeping didnt come, had to go to front desk to ask for more toilet paper.

Jennifer, we apologize for the condition of the hotel during your stay with us! You are correct in that we are undergoing a small remodel in the hallways but our guest rooms remain untouched. I apologize if my desk clerk seemed at all rude during the check-in process. I'm not sure what could have contributed to this but I will most definitely look into it. I'm also unsure how our pool seems to be leaking? We just had it professionally cleaned and resurfaced so I will need to look into that as well. Please know that my staff and I appreciate your business. We hope for another opportunity in the future to better serve you!

Hotel was great, room was spotless. Fast check in, breakfast was extremely basic but it was fresh so no complaints. Only negative was the noise from the interstate. It would be worth asking for a room not facing i75. I’d stay again, great value on a clean hotel in a good location

During our stay, there were a ton of kids there. Not a big deal, however, when we got back to the hotel later that night, the elevator was out. So only option was stairs. Doors slamming and kids running the halls all night made for a rough nights sleep due to very thin walls. In the morning, there was no hot water either. Didn’t try the breakfast, but the staff were friendly, bed was comfortable, and AC worked just fine.

The property is clean, the checkin was easy. The beds are very comfortable and the linen is very soft and the towels are thick and soft. The highway is very noisy but after awhile we got used to the noise and during the night it was quiet and we were able to sleep.

Very nice and spacious room
We stayed in the king suite and had tons of space. It was very well set up and laid out. The area was quiet and I felt safe. It is near everything that anybody could want to go to restaurants, shopping sites, etc.

Unfortunately there were bugs in the room. A large black on the wall and later and small quick one on the bathroom counter. The bar on the shower wall was partially out of the wall on the left end - it did seem sturdy when using it. Check and staff were friendly, helpful and courteous. Breakfast offered a good variety of food and was tasteful.

We came early to prepare for a wedding, but a room wasn't clean yet. While we discussed what to do next, Alex at the front desk rushed out to our car as soon as a room became available so we could check in. We made it on time! However, the shower temp was erratic, and it started to burn my daughter. She rushed forward to turn it off and fell in the shower. She's pretty sore now.

Front desk lady was veru friendly. Place was very clean everywhere we saw. Only complaont was the water pressure was not.very good! Would return though since that is a minor issue with how clean it was!

Nice surprise
Beds were comfy room was nice size and clean. Bathroom was a little rough but overall clean. Would stay at this hotel for sure.
