"We had everything we needed, only the door to the bathroom is hard to close and therefore loud. Also there is not much space to store clothes. parking is a few minutes away on a public parking space."

"Check in/out process was a pain, especially if you were arriving after 9pm. A cash deposit was taken upon check in but no receipt was given. No confirmation of booking/card details were checked. Next day, returned to hotel to find a note saying we had not paid although this was done via Expedia and they took and hid our luggage. "

"We really enjoyed our stay in Amsterdam. The accommodation was a little bit out of the centre but it was right near a tram stop and in a goid location. We made use of the weekend train and tram ticket which we purchased at the airport and thought it was good value for money and got us to most places. Gerrard was a really nice guy and passed on loads of knowledge about Amsterdam and made us feel very welcome. We would stay there again. "

"Vieze kamer met veel zilvervisjes. Vieze douche met schimmelkit. Volgens beschrijbing zouden er een TV en keuken zijn. Geen TV!!! Geen keuken, maar een magnetron en een losse koelkast in een stinkend opslaghok."

"Nice and quiet hotel. Room was nice and clean. Staff were helpful. We were able to check in early. The shower room was very open so it got all wet after one person took a shower. Also, hotel does not offer paper towel and paper tissues in the room. "
