Huckleberry house was perfect. Small, no frills, but just what we needed. Mountain views were spectacular! It is a small cabin in an RV park, so if you’re looking for a fancy hotel this isn’t it… however if you’re looking for a clean, warm, safe, accessible home base to eat, sleep, shower, and change between the limitless incredible activities nearby, this is just right. It probably isn’t the best place to spend a rainy day doing puzzles or piling on the couch as a family to watch movies, but it has more than a hotel room, like a nice cooktop, mini-fridge, microwave, kitchen sink, pots/pans/dishes, etc. The property is basically still an RV park, so there are people coming and going to other units, dirt/mud/ice driveways, close neighbors like maybe 10 feet away, but it is also right in Leadville, walking distance from numerous restaurants, bars, and shops, as well as an easy no-traffic 25 minute drive from copper mountain.

It is exactly as advertised, tiny for the money. Clean. My biggest complaint was that tere was absolutely no bedding available for the futon bed, not even a blanket.

We loved the tiny house! Very cute and convenient to the main drag in Leadville. Somehow they had just about everything we would need. I like how each one is individually named and designed; I imagine each one has its own story.
