Live in Vegas like a local! Visitors with a sense of style will appreciate this upscale contemporary townhome in quiet, upscale Summerlin area of Las Vegas.

Beautifully furnished with upscale art, the living room and dining area/breakfast bar have comfy seating, and a large, flat-screen TV. The bedrooms feature high-end linens, down pillows, and great recessed lighting with dimmers throughout. Iphone/Ipod speakers/alarm clock in master bedroom. The garage has been converted into living space but don't worry, the driveway only sees about 4 hours of sunlight per day.

The gourmet kitchen offers all the base supplies needed with high-end appliances including a stainless steel refrigerator, ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, disposal, microwave and convection oven, plus plenty of nice glassware, dinnerware, flatware, serving pieces, pots, pans, baking and plenty of storage in beautiful, espresso-colored custom cabinets that reach up to the ceiling. Pets welcome with a small fee ($100 per pet) so you don't have to leave any member of the family at home!

Fully secure, the design of the home guests to enter directly into the kitchen from a private entrance.

Come and enjoy. Stay for a month or a season. You just may return next year.

Great Location and Quiet Neighborhood
The location of the home and the quiet neighborhood were what we really appreciated the most. The home is really close to Red Rock Casino, many good restaurants, and the beautiful mountains just right up the hill are definite “5’s” on the rating list. The quick responsiveness from Tim the property manager was super great also when we expressed a concern. He was very nice and quickly sent out the repair and cleaning handyman, and also had a vacuum cleaner delivered the same day we requested one to clean the rugs and floors. For those looking for a newer home, you will be slightly disappointed. The home is around 30 years old, and has a lot of wear and tear from being a vacation rental home. It is no one’s fault…it just needs to be closed for a week for a service to come in to do a deep cleaning, and new paint, repairs, etc, and weed the back yard in order to bring the home back to the pretty look that is shown in the pictures on the VRBO website. The pictures show a really clean back yard with nice chairs and a fire pit, but the chairs are old and have splinters, so we didn’t get to sit on them. We believed that if the home had been renovated and deep cleaned, we would have loved to have given the best rating possible and paid to stay there next year because we loved the location and great community. On a positive note, the beds were comfortable, and there was a nice supply of coffee k-cups and cleaning supplies to get us started. Thank you.

Great Place to Stay!
Not only is this a perfect place to stay, it's in a safe, quiet neighborhood close to anything you would ever need while out of town. I ended up getting sick during my stay and was fortunate that the unit had a last-minute cancellation, and Brooke and Tim were very accommodating to me with the need to add a couple of days. Thankfully, there were plenty of comforts in the home and back yard, making it a great place to recuperate before traveling back home.

Great Stay in Summerlin
This was a great property in a fantastic location in the Vegas suburbs. There was a minor issue getting in at the beginning, but Brooke and team were incredibly responsive and helpful. The home is well-equipped and accurately depicted in the listing. Great rental for families or friends looking for a bit of quiet away from the Strip! The location was great--quick ride away from the airport and the Strip was still only a few minutes away as well. We loved the proximity to downtown Summerlin and Red Rocks--both the resort/casino and Canyon.
